Sorry I'm going sound really thick. Do I type in clear browsing data or is there a button?

It should come up as an option in a drop-down menu, you know a little bit like when you click on 'File' when you go to save a document?
In fact, 'Chrome' is the far left hand corner of my internet browser page, directly to the left of 'File' 'Edit' 'View' and other optionsin the top bar menu
When I click on 'Chrome', it's the third option down, below 'About Google Chrome' and 'preferences'

Is that making sense with what you are seeing on your screen?

Oh just to ask - do you know what your internet browser is?
Mine is Chrome, but yours might be Internet Explorer, or Safari etc
Whichever one you have, click on the title, and hopefully the above steps should make sense.

But may I just check - do you know if you have an Adblocker installed on your device?
Would be good to know that, just in case we should double check that too.

Is your ifollow account the same email address as your ticketing account? This is the only way it will work for this match.

You do not need to subscribe.
Thanks I'm in now and enjoying the match.

Spent the first half messing around on my phone trying to get the live video on the club app and website and only had the circle going round, and round and round!

I remembered that there is an EFL ifollow app. Download, logged in and *touch wood* I can see the half time stats and scores looping.

Hopefully it will get all mobile phone users up and running.

Thanks for trying to help but given up now. Just dont know enough about how tech things work.

Don't give up!

Like Banana says, you could just type into google - 'how do i clear cache' and there will be a step by step walkthrough come up
Once you learn how, you'll be eating fish for a lifetime... or something.

I’ve just spent the entire match on the I-follow screen chat, trying to find out why the stream stopped working ten seconds before kick off. I started it ok half an hour earlier. These people could not possibly any more sh*t than they are now. Still, least I didn’t pay for the black screen like I did for the Millwall match.

Did you get any answers / help? Their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired :(

Yeah unclear why but the club app has gone down the toilet, BUT fortunately the EFL app seems good (for now)

They kept asking me to try my phone app. When I told them I didn’t have a mobile phone, they went very quiet for a while. They then suggested Firefox and I duly downloaded it onto my laptop. It didn’t work and I then lost my account on the BFC website! I also tried safari on my I-pad and chrome on the laptop too. I lost 2 hours of my time tonight and at my age, that’s valuable! I’d like to sat that I won’t bother again. But I will! I will go through all this crap again and I’ll hate myself for it! Just the same as going to Wembley again. I say I will never go to see Brentford there ever again. But I will! Every flaming time I will! Brentford FC is a disease and I-follow is no cure.

Were we ever told to use the EFL app?

All these apps are too much for my parents to cope with so I let them use my Sky Sports account on their iPad when we're on Sky. It's not usually an issue because I can watch at home on the TV but I'm away today so needed to use ifollow.

It's crazy. There was a (new) problem with Chrome for the Millwall game, but it seemed to work on Safari. God knows what they've managed to do now. They're always fiddling with it, and they totally don't seem to understand what us football fans want (no bloody fuss!!). But there's no way around it and like you say, we're suckers, we'll keep coming back :(

I think it would be difficult to make the user experience any sh1tter if they tried.

I would however like to thank all the folks on this thread that put forward various fixes and suggested solutions which clearly helped a number of posters get access.

A system which works showing you 45 minutes of silent build up punctuated with multiple adverts (with sound) which then cuts out literally seconds before kick off, giving the user absolutely no time whatsoever to fix, is utter toss. This service to fans who have already shelled out hundreds for a season ticket really rubs salt in the wounds.

And before anyone jumps on me, no I'm not having a go at BFC, I'm not, they cannot do any more under the circumstances. But iFollow really need to get their act together.

As they've upgraded my account to Premium, can I watch the Stoke match for free? Or did that only apply for the Sheffield Wednesday Match?

Only for the Sheffield Wednesday match. As that was live on Sky. Other away matches, pay up!

Just back after a few days away without phone or internet (deliberate)

checking emails this evening I have not received a promo code for tomorrow’s game at Stoke - should I have received a code (as previous) or will I just be able to log on now as they must know who the ST holders are by now who get access to the live streams ?

Thanks for any assistance

Saturday Away games are not included, you have to pay to watch tomorrow.

I am not a ST holder so bought the Coventry game on Thursday on Ifollow but by Saturday there was a problem with the page, so I couldn’t watch from there.
i clicked on Brentford’s posted link to watch the game thru Ifollow, but instead of letting me watch it tried to buy the game again. Fortunately it said ”You have already purchased this game”
Brentford’s link was trying to access Ifollow thru Twitter. Dont ask me why I would want to watch that way. I would expect a lower quality video. So back to Brentford’s website and worked fine. Note to self dont ever follow a suggested link to Ifollow from a notification again

Thanks for that Alex, I was under the impression all League games were included. I need to read up on this a bit better so as to fully understand what it is.

£10.00 it is then.

Thanks again.

All home matches and midweek away matches including those on Sky. No Saturday aways.

I swore after the Preston game, which I purchased, that I wouldn’t do IFollow again. I realised my poxy old iPhone isn’t helping. I weakened today, but I feel happy to follow here when it became to much of a pain again. There’s that crowdfund, for a start.

I-follow have just stolen another £10 from me. This is beyond a joke. Tried chrome and safari. No dice. Ten quid to view a black screen with a white spinning circle, they’ve got it made! I have to work fkin hard for five and a half days a week in my job and would see jail time for ripping someone off like I-follow get away with!

Got mine working on chrome. I’d suggest logging in from your
Phone then trying again. Worked for me.

Had the same on Chrome and Edge. Then downloaded Firefox and it’s working on there. Ridiculous. Has taken me 30 mins faffing about.

I know some people may have been lucky and got in with it but Safari is the weak like , a lot of systems don’t like Safari. Not sure how you go about changing away from It.

I can’t do a lot on my IPad with Safari , I have to go to my Desktop for access

Completely lost sound for the 2nd half. It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

Why does it say or do different every time you subscribe using the free code ?

This time it said £10 charged, £10 discounted, which made sense, then it said I had to put in my bank details.

It's done that every time for me except the SW game which never worked at all. All the others have worked OK. You just make a zero payment.

I entered my code and it has still charged me £10.
I've been sent an email saying the same.
I've now started the process of trying to get a refund.
Wish me luck.
