Watched on ifollow. Very good quality picture (bit of stuttering at the start of the 2nd half). I really like Mick Cables analysing and Mark B’s commentary. My nephews ifollow was about 65 secs behind mine for some reason
That's good to know. My stuttering was at the start of the 2nd half too, just assumed it was my wi-fi

It's an away, there is no promo code, you need to pay.

I tried to pay with my debit card and site insisted I provide code. I then switched to paypal and it went straight through. Somewhat perplexed but happy. thanks for your reply.

All they have to do really is to put the code entry/apply bit at the top of the page, so that you see and action it before you get to the bit about payment.
Yes it isn't rocket science to have the fields in order of entry really - it screwed me up as I hit pay with this card before applying the code thinking it would just choose that card as the 'payment' method rather than automatically charging me...

Whilst I gave out the EFL refunds tel. no. 01772 325829 it is a direct line,
so the guy may be "away from his desk" on occasion.
The switchboard number is 01772 325800, which is the number I first used .... I explained & the woman put me through to the guy manning that direct line I provided. Maybe she'll put you through to one of his colleagues instead.
Very helpful ; immediate action ; worked a treat - emails are a waste of time - best of luck!

After entering the code as usual, got charged a tenner for the Norwich game. Called the refund number, gave my email address, and the guy said "oh yes, I can see it, refund on the way". Didn't have to give him the code, so I asked what I did wrong, and he said "Nothing, it just does this sometimes"!!

I emailed for a refund after being charged £10 before it would let me add my code. Double whammy didn’t get to see the game either. Really considering giving up on Brentford this season. Losing interest.

Isn't it crazy that they are having to employ x number of people to put right something which is caused by their own design issues, which could probably be fixed with half a day's work by a halfway competent tech person?

Gives people jobs though in this jobless digital age.

A software engineer ought to be earning more than a customer service representative. Perhaps that's what's wrong?

I entered my code and it has still charged me £10.
I've been sent an email saying the same.
I've now started the process of trying to get a refund.
Wish me luck.
Bastards did exactly the same to me, and have yet to refund me my £10. They have f***ed about with me saying they have received my email, are so busy an give me other in formation that has nothing to do with my losing the money. I have emailed them that they wrongly charged me £10 for the pne game and i would like a refund. Emailed the club as well and surprise they could not be bothered to answer

You should have had an email on 26 October telling you that you won't be getting any more codes. Assuming you're eligible you will have VIP access for future available games. Which I assume starts with Tuesday's home game with Swansea.

@West Wilts Bee You must have an ifollow account set up with the same email address as the club have for your season ticket.

You have to persevere with this number it may take you a few times to get through. As my earlier post says, when using this number I got to 2 refunds for PNE ( quoted dates on my Credit Card Bill) The girl said it look like I had had another email address which was correct and she found there was another payment that was due a refund.

So to recap,I used that telephone number and got 3 refunds , one more than expected

You have to have the same log in for both IFOLLOW and Ticket Account.
The easy way is if you know your IFOLLOW log in, phone the Ticket Office, ask them to check your log in.
Mine were different so I added a new IFollow Address and Password and had the Ticket Office update my Account with them . I was told I would not lose out by doing this.

Because the club would be sending out information to the new log in I had to set up a new Email address. It took a little bit of time but since I have done this everything between the two have been ok

On the subject of iFollow accounts, it seems under 18s cannot register for an iFollow account (unless they enter a false dob). Do you happen to know if anyone else has raised this issue, as it means my granddaughter who has elected to freeze her season ticket cannot get a VIP code and watch anything on iFollow? Seems a bit inequitable. I have emailed the Club but other than an auto reply have not had a response
