Had the buffering circle for a short time early in the second half, similar time as for the Norwich game – never has that before. Is it fans coming back late from the Hive?
Should have shown the other one as above postAs a Season Ticket Holder , I’ve yet to receive the Email of information on the VIP pass . Checking my Purchase Packages with Credit Card information and dated 01/11/20 ,I take it that this I have the VIP. So I can get through this the Swansea game
That should be fine but unhelpfully the Subscribe page has an upcoming matches section which doesn't say we have access to the match as VIP and will let you buy for £10. I can see more fans who will have free access purchasing by mistake
I would leave everything alone for now.I have what Alex has put up in post #364 but when I go to buy pass it’s asking me to pay £10.00 like it normally does but I need a code to get it free?
Alex like you I have assigned to my IFOLLOW Account , but how can I get the Swansea game without paying
When I went into The Official Site and IFOLLOW > Next Match ,I I get this message
Access to the match live on iFollow will be available here from 1 hour before kick-off
Wonder what it means
I’ve just read on the Brentford website it says season ticket holders that have chosen to freeze their season tickets will be able to log into their iFollow account to watch the game, it also says that the game WON’T be able to watch it on Sky red button.
Post the screenshot of what you see please
Make sure you are logged in to iFollow and then go to this link: Brentford FC - My iFollow AccountDelbee
I’ve not got the information you posted for the Middlesbrough game, I think after lunch I will phone both the club and IFOLLOW as I have paid for the Swansea game
I have just been on to the Ticket Office asking about access for the Swansea game , they say I have to wait till an hour before the game, then log into my IFOLLOW Account and I will have access to the game.
That’s a bit different from your information Post 388 , I’m even more puzzled as to what to do
