The Temperance near Putney Bridge tube station for me. Opens at 12:00!

After the game I've been invited to The Bricklayers by a couple of my ex bosses who are Putney Poser supporters for more

I think I might know that pub ;) ......my old man was banned from there for years !!! lol

At least it's a nice quality pub that you can proud to be evicted from. I've been asked to leave and not return to far worse drinking establishments in far shabbier postcodes all over the country as a youngster.

Well..........I am getting there by rail....I will then "storm" The F&H for a few  and once I have wound them up, I will "force" my way into @Spoon's (now,do not forget our tickets were checked, mine is for the "official away section", but my non - drinking friend will lend me his neutral ticket, until I meet up with him at the gates).............Anyway....Once a riot has commenced in @spoon's, I will make a quick exit down Putney High Street.....running and knocking off as many helmets as possible!....Obviously ducking into other drinking establishments and "mixing it up"!

FJ has told me to stay clear of the "Ding Dongs" as they no longer serve Strongbow, but hey.....lovely landlady, lovely girls behind the bar, quick service and decent rolls.....once joined by the TW8 casual elite.....it will then bee down to the river and a few more  and grief......into Bish Bash Bosh Park.....nick a couple of burgers off the vicars at the church...... pull a few horse tails and knock a few more helmets off......Quick stop at the bogs for a p155 and then smash the cafe up and terrorise a few a families on the play park.....jobs a good'un so far........take a breath and calmly approach the cottage get in the gate (after being sh1t on and molested by those frigging great Police horses).......few more  inside......up the steps............game on !

Well thats my answer to your question....it may not quite work out like that as my friggin knees are killing me, but it don't half bring back memories of the old days!:D

Bit disappointed that you want to stop of In the bogs for a pi55 , surely there's a fountain or fish pond in bishops park which would be more suitable?

That's where the Hants Bees (CF Chapter) will be heading, too. Tried The Rocket and The Boathouse last year but they weren't having any of it....

Last two seasons been a good meeting point, decent pub with loads of space and good service. Lots of familiar Bees from past and present and two decent results so not going to tempt fate and change a habit.

Skipton Brigade (population 1) is on 8.40 virgin from Leeds with train #cans.

I'm nervously awaiting details off Northern Rail to see if my connecting train from Skipton is cancelled cause of strike action which might mean a £50 cab ride to start the day! *gulp*

Approaching from the North West suburbs so breakfast in King's Street with some ale, followed by leisurely stroll down Fulham Palace Road.

Oh happy days. I vaguely remember being with friends on the way to the "Cottagers". We decided to throw the smallest member of our party off Putney Bridge into the Thames where he gave an excellent act of pretending to drown. Following his rescue we discovered a rope leading into the ground from the mud flats off the embankment. Two of us managed to climb in but I had to give up and enter via the turnstiles covered up to my waist in mud. Don't remember the game or Fulhams opponents but some old bloke called Johnny Haynes seemed popular. I was about 15.
