Good draw once again - Charlton are sure to be distracted by the league and will field a team which will protect their promotion chances

Annoyingly predictable... But if we did get past Charlton we'd probably be the best southern team left in the competition. And a decent bet on it being on TV, by far the best draw in the comp.

If we are going to get to Wembley again we are going to have to do it the hard way!

Another sh!t draw, but we've already put out the best team in the competition so bring it on.

They fielded more or less a second string against a quite strong Reading team in the League Cup and came away with a fairly easy win. Will be a tough game.

Good draw for me, attractive away game for this competition with nothing really to lose for the Bees as it were....

3000 or so in the Valley will hardly be intimidating.

Not the best draw but if we beat Charlton then we have probably knocked out the two best teams in the Southern draw imho.

We won at the donkeys and I don't see why we can't win there. Charlton are ok, but we have no reason to fear them. Personally I think we will turn them over and then we should be favourites for the southern section to progress to Wembley.

Probably get some money for Sky, as they love showing Brentford vs Charlton!

Gone are the days when we would have feared Charlton. We have a decent record there and will be under no pressure.

I don't think we even feared them in the FA Cup, we were just beaten by a much better team.

Not the best of draws but if we knock out Charlton we have a very good chance of reaching Wembley, I hope that with it being live on sky it won't affect the away turnout, only £5!!

£5.00 is great value.
If it stayed Tuesday i definately would've done, but i can't do Wednesday nights so will have to miss it now.

I think the rule of 6 weekend starters having to play has helped this competition become more appealing.... Unless you're a Sheff Wed fan of course.

Been that rule for a few years, hasn't made much difference imo. Most fans only get excited at area semi final stage.

Maybe i'm clouded by our relative success in the competition but at the risk of cursing the Charlton game, it's been good value and pretty entertaining the last few years imo.

Either us the supporters or the team themselves must have upset the cup organisers, as it would appear they're trying there hardest to make sure we don't return again.

Will There Be A Suppoorters Coach Going To This One?
Most likely not as it is a JPT game in London, best bet is to get the train to London Waterloo, walk to Waterloo East then get the train to Charlton station.
Could have brought around 800 with the cheap ticket prices but with it being on sky we should hope for around 400-500?
