If you could add one departed bee to our team to help with the play off push..who would you choose? For me we are a bit deficient in midfield tenacity...so Ryan Woods at his peak ( e.g. Leeds 2017)

I think we're just missing that creative spark/bit of magic so would agree with Les and go for Said..

Is it on their current/best form of their careers or as they were with us?
If its the former, surely Chesney in goal would be a close run up there.
I was kind of thinking before the current crop - which in my mind was without our two outstanding starts of last year - but I know I am making it up as I go along! Wow what a goalie - I guess he would be number 1 even now!

I’d go with prime Alan Judge tbh, he was something else all round exceptional player was everywhere on the pitch. Although Said was a special player, Judge in his prime was better all round

I think Alan Judge at his best was so incredibly effective, could do the “Fosu” role amazingly well for us in today’s team

Exactly.. And one of the reasons why we lost to fulscum. Let's be honest, he knew he was on his way regardless of the playoff result.. We basically played them with 10 men. Cheers said.
Do you think we've got the same "problem" with Ivan this time round then??

Jota in the last minute.

Or Scott Hogan from the time he couldn't stop scoring.....

Or DJ Campbell from 15 years ago...

Etc, etc

No because Ivan will give it is all to get us up. I think Benrahma was on his way regardless of whether we won or not.
Fair enough.
Personally, I don't think there was any lack of effort from SB at the end of last season.

At his best, (Huddersfield away?) Sulk Hogan. The supreme finisher in a Brentford shirt.

While he wouldn’t be my choice for this particular thread, I still maintain that Hogan is the best finisher I’ve ever seen in a Brentford shirt.

I would be willing to forfeit the option if Rico Henry could recover for the PO. It is rare to see a LB have such a great impact on a team.

Ermmm.....Pass ?
I saw the headline and assumed it was a thread started by Nanny pitching his idea on how he deserves to be the only fan allowed to go to any of the PO games....

Martin Grainger perhaps? Terry Evans would be a good shout as there would be no chance of any player giving less than 110% with Big Tel on the pitch. Terry Hurlock has been mentioned. I think a pattern is emerging here but anyone who will sort out the likes of Lerma or Bidwell or Barnsley's collective fouling will do for me.

It has to go be Benrahma.

All those opting for Judge, don’t forget we were often quite poor as a team when he was doing his one man show and improved significantly when he got injured

Nicky Forster up front with Ivan Toney or Neil Smillie on the wing to supply him.
