Me and a few pals met up there for a pre match beer on Saturday.
Our giant Brentford "Jack" was creating a lot of interest for motorists
and pedestrians as they went past. I even brought the dog along.
We were joined by a mate from Cornwall and a relative from Edinburgh,
both had travelled to the game that morning. The one from Edinburgh
got the the Cricket Club before me!!
I spotted the dog and have to say he had incredible eye to ball coordination when he was catching that tennis ball in his mouth.

Some of the chaps out on the field could learn quite a bit from him.

What could be better? A bit of cricket on the green and a pint on a sunny day before the game! We are truly blessed! :)

Ah ha, well that was the question everyone was asking and they all mentioned Bernie LOL.
Mrs WW joined us for the pre match drink but wasnt going to the game so we thought
the dog would enjoy a run around the green.

Yes, his catch can be quite spectacular and he'll always bring it back.
We let our friend's kids do the throwing whilst we all sank a few beers!!

After having all the best intentions of getting here before a game not managed to yet. After my dash up from Somerset after finishing work at 12 Saturday hope to get up to Brentford in time to make a visit. One question do they sell non alcoholic beer?
