All My Bees Members - Monday 27 September, 3pm (non-guaranteed ticket, one per person, subject to availability, six per transaction). 200 Tickets will be available from the Stadium Box Office only.

In the unlikely event that tickets remain for this fixture after two weeks, they will go on sale to Season Ticket Holders and Members to purchase additional tickets.

Literally picked a single ticket from West stand, straight into basket, went to checkout within 20 seconds, and get told it's gone. :banghead:

Selected 4 together then got told they were no longer available and was offered non adjacent seats.
Crap.
Will more tickets be made available? (in addition to ticket exchange)

It’s Monday.

It’s another Brentford ticketing shambles.

Gone North, similar to Liverpool. I tried buying South but had orphan seat issues (along with 'this seat isn't available anymore), just just jumped to North.

That’s why I went for the East Stand again. Felt West stand wound have higher demand.

Complete joke of a website.
I select seats and add to the basket, and said seats are no longer available .
Or, a block is shown as available, and when the block screen comes up there are no seats to select.
Also on the phone at the same time to the box office., fingers crossed.

There are loads more non St seats in the East Stand

So if you try that stand first you are more likely to succeed and not lose seat before you checkout

going to try out the West stand for the first time for this... looking forward to it! :) - it will come straight after my wedding and honeymoon. I'm going to bring the new wife for her first outing at Brentford Community Stadium.

I may have told her we needed to come back from honeymoon on 23rd October instead of the 24th for reasons other than "having enough time to get ready for work on the Monday"

Its sold out alright :-(
Got through to the box office, they had two seats but in separate parts of the ground which was no good to me as my son is only 12 and we have to sit together.
Person in the box office said that the website was all over the shop with seats appearing then disappearing and the back up again.

If there are 2 seats left together you cant buy a single one

Stupid rule
If there are only two seats left together and you try to select both… it still doesn’t like it a lot of the time and tells you there is an orphan and select something else!!! Got some in north stand but it’s a shambles of a website

Trying to buy for family members but site says I am not eligible!!
If you’ve already bought a ticket for yourself or have an ST you’re not eligible.

Yes I think there were several East blocks they reserved so as to have no STs.

The club would probably discourage this but I’ve bought my son (14) tickets for both Brighton and Leicester over the phone so they can either find me one near my ST (as for Leicester, 4 rows in front, same seat same block) or put us together elsewhere and resell my ST seat. They’ve been super helpful both times. Only took 5 mins to get through today at 3. Was over half an hour for Brighton so the new phone system seems to be helping a lot.

This one was the biggest mess so far. Are they doing staggered releases?
Managed to get one for myself, will have to hope the exchange gives something close for F&F..

No deadline, Leicester is Cat B so open free for all. And what looked like less seats than usual.. Our wording on the announcement tweet this morning seemed strange too

No I think it is people selecting a ticket but failing to buy them at checkout,
Then the seat becomes free again

Not sure where the famous 200 seats are available in Person from Box Office ??

This is basically sold out online. I just logged in as my girlfriend (who is not attending this one) and there are no seats left. it allows you to select one block with 0 available seats in it.
Some of 200 for personal callers may well still be available of course.

I think they are dealt with separately and just marked as unavailable online.
It would be possible to design a system that shuts down as soon as the number of tickets drops to 200 but I don't think that's how it works.

So what happens if you call them on the phone, which allocation gets used up for this ???

I think phone and online sales come from the same allocation given there is no fixed number for one route rather than the other.
I don't know, if someone rings up now to buy one let us know if you get a ticket.

Appreciate this will not help anyone that missed out but I'm pleased a relatively sleepy Sunday 2pm game has been snapped up quickly four weeks in advance. It would be embarassing if we could only do this against the biggest of the big boys.

Really stupid rule. Anyway no issues getting a ticket. East Stand again. Quite loved it against Liverpool.

Well done. Enjoy the game. East Stand looked great from back of the West Stand when Wissa scored and at the end of the match afterwards, and when On 🔥 was played. In fact the whole ground (when we went 3 v 2 down) was amazing 👏

What an unbelievable shambles this website is. How many thousand members will have to complain about the same problems for how many thousand games before anyone takes any responsibility for it.

You're shown that a block has availability, you click on it, it doesn't. After that's happened 20 times you find a block which does and finally grab a seat, and you are then told it's 'no longer available'. You grab another seat, you are told 'Sorry, there are insufficient tickets to fulfil your selection'. You grab another seat, you're told it's unavailable but offered an alternative, so you say ok I'll take the alternative, and you are told 'Sorry, there are insufficient tickets to fulfil your selection'. YOU JUST OFFERED ME IT. IS THE SOFTWARE INCAPABLE OF HOLDING THE TICKET YOU'VE OFFERED ME FOR THE 1.3 SECONDS IT'S TAKEN ME TO ACCEPT? (Why not hold an alternative offered ticket for say one minute?)

You go to the wall, pick up the smashed monitor, and reconnect it to the pc.

You give up on a pair of tickets, and grab one from Block X and one from Block Y. Oh well you think, my brother and I have only supported them for over 50 years and had STs for half of that, I suppose we can't even sit together anymore, so I'll grab two singles and we can chat at half-time. You then find a pair in Block Y and think great, I'll bag those and release the two singles. But in the trolley you can't, Block Y is now a trio (even though the seats aren't adjacent) and if you click Delete you'll lose all three. So you end up buying all three by allocating one to a F&F who is a child but whose category and price can't be amended from Adult @ £35.

It's been said a hundred times on here but for a team which has such on-pitch success - and from an ownership which knows a little bit about software - this ongoing experience is just inexcusable.

This has been my experience every time I’ve gone to buy tickets from the website.
I almost gave up today (again) but saw that tickets had re-appeared for the East Stand at around 2.55pm, gave it one more go and managed to get order confirmed at 2.57pm ….using the website is way too stressful!

Online and phone now sold out.
The chap I spoke to didn't know if any more tickets would be made available. (though he did seem a bit clueless)
A few of the 200 are still yet to be sold at the Box Office for anyone who might be in the vicinity of the BCS right now 🤷‍♂️
