If it's on and not behind closed doors I will be there. It is a very "open" stadium".

Would seem to me to be in contradict the below as although there is offically no academy or youth team I would expect the B team to have to apply to the same rules.

The postponements include all matches in the Championship, League One and League Two, as well as all Academy and youth team fixtures.

No, as it is not anything to do with the EFL

It's a competition run by the local FA so no relevance to EFL. I guess given that a lot of teams competing in it are part time there's maybe not the same worries about the 'integrity of the competition' being damaged by some clubs being a few players short as I'd imagine that happens quite a lot anyway.. Hope it is on as B team are in exceptional form at the moment....

I know it's not an EFL competition but I think that as Brentford are members of the EFL then they should be aligning with the EFL for all the teams, it's not like the B team don't mix with the first team, why take risks?

I'd imagine there's no more risk involved in a game in front of about 100 odd people than there is in getting on a bus or a tube or training at Jersey road..

The B Team are back in training this week for the new season (!), so it looks like they’ve got some cup fixtures this month already.

Doesn't really matter where it is, if it's BCD.

Could it be at LR, as a ramp up event to test the infrastructure, like lighting etc.
I suspect the London FA will use a cheap option, as wherever it is played it will have to be paid for.

FFS... It's ludicrous that people can go on a plane, cram themselves onto a beach, go to the cinema, go to the pub and yet we can't allow what is likely to be no more than 100 people to go to a football match outdoors.. How can this be financially viable for Erith?

If fans were allowed in it would be more than 100 people lol GP's last game - would be thousands potentially given March was the last game in front of crowds

Erith Town will play our
@LondonFA
Senior Cup Semi-Final with @BrentfordFC
B on Wednesday 26 August in a 7.30pm kick-off at Griffin Park. We believe we will be the last senior opponent for Brentford at Griffin Park.

Who have I got that’s not in the squad please (polite question)?
Sheppard . Andersson. O’Connor. Maghoma. Adams. Read. Mogensen. Carre. Koutsimouka. Pressley. Oksanen. Hammar. Bidstrup. Hockenhull. Hercules. Stevens.
Hercules was missing! So it is 16. I wouldn't be surprised to see Sorensen, Roerslev and Racic given game time either.

Yesterday it was announced that clubs in the 7th tier and below can now admit spectators.

Just a thought, but as Edith can now admit fans, could Brentford b vs Edith next Wednesday have people watch the game at Griifin Park?

Brentford FC could give Edith all the gate receipts (say £5 or £10 admission) and print a team sheet for sale.

What do others think?

Trouble is you'd get circa 6,000 people turn up for a last game at GP resulting with no social distancing.

Yes.

Surprised at the number of trialists here.

Though we may have seen one or two back from St George's Park involved.

Shame this could not have been set up a trial event for say 500 people at Lionel Rd .

With the schools still on holidays a lot of junior season tickets holders would have gone with senior season ticket holders

2 nil to the B Squad

Fans who went to Hanwell on Saturday said No 8 a trialist was good No 8 trialist scored first goal

Gus Mog doesn't seem to be having the best of games so far, but good for him to gain experience not being the centre crash.

Surely we would have had to register these trialist to play in an official competition?
