He looks more composed and switched on than Jeanvier who always seems to have one mistake in him
Jeanvier completely turned off just after Daniel's had made that great save but the ball remained in play. Nearly gifted them a tap in.

Atm Racic a serious option ahead of JJ. Well played young man.

Should be the 3rd choice centre-back after Pontus and Pinnock. Has shown he is comfortable either side of central defence and should be playing regularly at Championship level from next season.

Should be on the bench as he can also cover for Henry

I still can't quite get my head around how good he was yesterday - and has been on his few run outs - and yet, he is not in the top three centre backs as far as the coaches' choices to date are concerned. What a happy time it is to support the Bees!

I have really rated Racic since the first time I saw him. I thought for a while that MBS was ahead of him and really didn’t understand why, but don’t think that is the case now!

Heard so much about his potential and yesterday showed what he has.
Could have been sent off and conceded a penalty after 20 seconds, but timed his challenge to perfection. Looked so composed on the ball, won most things that came his direction and unlucky with the volley.

So if Pontus can't play both these games this week would you play him ahead of JJ.

I would definitely play PJ against Forest, as it is the kind of game we will need him in then see how he is next weekend.

A bit harsh on JJ above. He would still be my third choice, much as I rate Racic.

Notwithstanding the fact that PJ seems to be a major doubt for tomorrow but that's for other threads.

Racic looks as though he could be a real talent. Might be end up with a bigger transfer fee than Mepham?

JJ has done nothing wrong and was in fact excellent until his suspension meant he lost his place to Ethan

Nearly cost us a goal v Huddersfield. Think there may have been a couple of times Saturday when he either switched off/was indecisive

All centre backs (and 'keepers) are vulnerable when they switch off or make mistakes. I don't believe ours are any different. Jansson is as guilty as any, particularly with the ball at his feet, but he's an organiser and he's vocal. It's keeping concentration and reducing the errors in all of them that's important.

Is he the best of our current CB's at switching play to the opposite flanks? Played a couple of beauties on Saturday.

Wouldn't be surprised if he starts tomorrow if PJ is still injured.....

Think Racic has given TF something to think about... Seemed alot more switched on than JJ at the weekend. JJ too often prone to lapses of concentration and coming off second best in 50/50 must win challenges imo.

For me I'd save PJ for away games if he can't play that often as that's where we could do with his experience and leadership. Forest are likely to be fairly tentative tomorrow and try and catch us on the break. Would be tempted to try Racic at home as a defender who can bring the ball out into midfield and pick out a pass.

Really rate racic and he played better than jj against leicester but.... Forest is a huge game and i cant see Frank choosing inexperienced racic for a game of such magnitude. Hopefully Pontus is fit and such a decision doesn't have yo be made

Not the easist of teams for him to play against today, but I thought that he did well. Obviously the added bonus was scoring a goal.

Will have to watch the match back. But their chance at the end came off his shin rather than being cleared.

Massive positive with the goal and we definitely have a fine set of CBs.....

That was a really smart goal from a CB on his starting league debut.
He started against Hull City at home this season.

And his starting debut was versus PNE last season.

Surely won't be happy as 4th choice centre half behind Pontus, Ethan, and newbie Goode.

I could see us keeping Sorensen as fourth choice and left-footed cover and loaning out Racic as he's definitely ready to play at L1/Champ level IMO.

Keep Racic here as 4th/5th choice and loan out Sorensen who, IMO, is too slow.

Is it really beneficial for anyone for Racic to sit here for another season making 5-10 apps max?

If Sorensen isn't going to make it then let him go permanently.

You missed out Julian Janvier from that list.
