Brilliant! Is going to be an absolute star. Has the ability on the ball that we’re currently missing at CB

Another part of the jigsaw completed, we are one step ahead at all times regarding players contracts, and this news makes complete sense. LR is going to be big I believe.

Whatever issues we do have in the team at the moment, we have some very promising youngsters coming through. The B-Team project may be at the point where it really ignites and comes to life.

With him, Zamburek and Gunnarson we may already have our 'future replacements' lined up.

Well said. Doubt the d & g brigade will get it though.

Pleased with this , been impressed with this guy since he came on when we had 10 men against Millwall last season

On top of that we have Mogensen, tue Jensen and Brissett doing v well. Read, Carre and Adams are already looking quality too as is O’Connor. Oksanen can’t be far off and Hammar (who appears to be injured at the mo)

In a few years hewiill be great. It is alittle strange that if he had stayed in FC Copenhagen (which is a buying club) he would not have played one single frist team match by nok, but going abroad, to a club with another talent perspektiver, and in a better leaque than the danish, he has already played several.

I think his opportunities late last season were as a result of playing 3 centre backs in a 3-4-3. Still think he we will push Pinnock for the back-up role on the bench this season as he offers greater technical quality on the ball.

Also playing 46 league games and competing in two domestic cup competitions results in injuries/suspensions to first XI starters so I'd anticipate he'll see more action in the coming months.

The positive thing for him, at the moment, is that he'll be training with the first team and making himself available as cover and an option. He's probably the best ball-player of our centre backs, so the chances will come for him.

I can see us starting some home games with him and Jansson in the nearish future. Perfect combination, Jansson likes to head everything away and pass on responsibility with the ball and Racic has the confidence to pass and bring the ball out.. Something we've really missed so far. I reckon he could well be another Mepham..

Luka has the potential to play PL football. I hope that will be with us, but in any case, he will be massive asset. Where do we find these gems?

This is where the transition from academy to B team model is going to benefit us massively over the next 5 years - can bring in some top young talent from Europe and not have to worry about PL clubs stealing them for peanuts. Think he will be a regular in the next 2 years and has overtaken Sorenson as our 4th choice now.

Given that we now seem settled in some variation on a 4 3 3 and we are rather light on central midfielders I wonder if he has ever played in midfield, in the more defensive role?

With Pinnock and Mads Bech Sorensen not getting minutes for the first team, does either MBS or Racic get loaned out in January for more first-team minutes?

Assuming that we stick with 4 at the back, then that's probably a sensible arrangement. I'd probably favour Mads out on loan, so he doesn't stagnate after his run of fixtures last season.

Physically, MBS would be much better suited to lower leagues but, really, if he's loaned out in January it means we've lost him for the season and that may not be a risk worth taking.

Another decent performance from Racic yesterday. Took a little while to get into the game but was fantastic second half with some neat passing and bringing the ball out. Thought our back 3 were excellent and Pinnock had him and Sorensen really well organised..

Outstanding tackle in first minute and unlucky with his volley from the corner.
Contender for MoM for me.

Agreed. Thought he was a contender for MotM too.

He’s very different to the other CBs we have in that he’s comfortable on the ball, can bring it out and can pick a pass. Late in the second half he strode forward, waited and waited and then picked out a beauty of a pass in behind their defence. Quality

Like this lad, calm, unruffled and uses the ball well. Will be a great asset for us.

He’s a brilliant player to watch and he’s a centre back. How far we have come

Bigger lad than I thought and he wears Leone Legge 32 number as per his danger at corners.

Couple loose moments on the ball, couple great defensive moments, could be a star, let’s see.

Any CB who can hit a first time volley from a corner and nearly get it top bins you know has a bit of class about him!

Was very good on the ball - has a few mistakes in him though which he will learn with experience.

Another one to sign up 5 years please.

He looks more composed and switched on than Jeanvier who always seems to have one mistake in him
