how about an answer .how will the COVID restrictions affect him joining Brentford FC
From GOV.UK Website today: "If you intend to travel to England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland from abroad, including UK nationals returning home, you must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result taken up to 3 days before departure".

So that will not prove a problem should he wish to join us, he also qualifies for a move even though a EU resident, as he is a proven Danish International I Believe.

I think the story has some credibility no doubt. Between us and Copenhagen by the looks?

Started following Norgaard on Instagram, looks more and more likely.
Interesting as it’s not a position on paper we are desperately in need of unless Thomas and team feel that it’s the midfield three that need the most rotating given workloads per game given that they are our engine room.

If he joins and we get to have a crowd at matches again his song needs to be the chorus of Born Slippy.
Love that..

One way to read this is we can't find anyone to play out wide in this window so this signing provides the Emiliano replacement and let's Ghoddos go back to the wide positions. If this is the case I think it's a shame as he showed signs of promise there going forward but we also looked weak in midfield for the second half against Luton. Maybe we need someone who can compete in those sorts of matches without needing to make a sub.

I have a close friend in Italy who is a Genoa fanatic. He said Lukas has played ok for Genoa since he joined, not brilliant but not bad. He described him as a player who is very strong and will run all day but not technically brilliant
Apparently Genoa have recently signed a Dutch International who will take his place so Lukas agent searching for new club for him.
Suggested Genoa are hoping to get back the 5 or 6 million they paid for him, not sure if that is realistic in the current market
Are you one of Benhams multiple scouts around europe?

Dasilva before his enforced break was running on empty. If any position needs reinforcing it is that central midfield position.

I think you've nailed it.

A ball winning and recycling midfielder who won't get bullied sounds good to me. An injury to Vitaly before Christian returns would really stop us pushing on. Now is the time to really go for it a la the post lockdown end to last season.

From the reports, he does sound more of a Dasilva rotation with more of an engine. Josh is a ball-carrier who can break the lines with runs and we really don't have another, although possibly the phantom Baptiste may be that sort of player... able to ghost through...

He doesn’t really sound like Josh but does sound like the box to box role would be where he’d fit in rather than trying to force Ghoddos or marcondes into that role. Would make sense in that we’d then have 2 players for each role with Ghoddos able to fit in as well

(y) Also he seems to be an upgrade on Marcondes and gives TF the ability to play Ghoddos out wide. Win win situation if this rumour is correct.

Seems weird to not be too keen but then to newly follow some of our players on Instagram...
Got to hedge your bets so you don’t get a bunch of your club’s fans whining on social media about angling for a move.

For sure. Although he seems to be being lovebombed by FC Copenhagen fans imploring him to join them if you read the comments on his stories!

Has he followed anyone other than Christian? May just have got in touch with him to see what things were like at Brentford given the interest..

The way I see it he can still go to FC Copenhagen in a few years time after he's helped us get into and play in the Premier League. Everybody wins.

Maybe he can go in the summer. This feels most likely as a loan to me.

Can't see the point in a loan? Imagine we'd be in for a purchase. Seems like Genoa are looking to bring players in so will want some money back

Interesting that it mentions a loan fee of £3.5M being offered by Copenhagen.
Maybe this is just a smokescreen and we're actually going for a totally different player none of us have ever heard of?
