They are properly taking advantage of the situation though 
Still amuses me the look on away fans faces when they are told how much their round has come to but not so much fun when I have to pay for mine

Some of the spacing on that is a bit ropey. And Gilberto plays for Ireland and Fin for Wales. Asking for trouble putting the flags up there (unless they ask the lads which flag they want, which would be a pretty sensible solution)...

No criticism, i think he's doing fine for a young lad, doesn't look out of place in the Prem.
I just can't wait to see when he's 5-10% more confident on the ball. It's such a pity when he immediately turns inside/backwards upon receiving a pass - obviously sometimes it's the right choice, but sometimes it slows us down needlessly.
It'll come with experience so like i say, looking forward to it...

Spot on. He plays cautiously but, on the occasions he makes an instinctive quick move, he looks excellent. He isn't helped (certainly not yesterday) by not having Mbeumo wider looking to receive the ball all the time and wasn't given any help at all by Baptiste.

He was defensively solid but you're right had very little opportunity to get anything going forward. All credit to Southampton who really did a number on us.

Got absolutely zero support from Baptiste defensively. Few crap balls from Pontus and Alvaro too. Was one of the few bright spots going forward

I am a big supporter…but thought yesterday was his worst performance for us. Super poor. A couple of times had an option of carrying the ball forward into space yet didn’t have the confidence and turned back to recycle via Ajer. C’mon Mads. We are all behind you. Be more positive in possession when the opportunity is there

I am a big fan too, however, he seemed lost yesterday. That opportunity yesterday to take the ball forward but instead chose to come backwards was odd, possibly following instruction, but the crowd showed their disappointment and that may have affected him.
When he plays well, particulate like he did against Leeds, he’s a capable defender, a threat going forward and a real asset so assume yesterday was a just blip similar to others have had recently.
I agree and sincerely hope he can develop further.That said I don’t consider he and Canos as wing backs cut it at this level and we need better !

To a degree that is true. But Mads is still at an age where he has huge potential to develop and needs playing time now and then to help him. We gave him a 4 year deal. That tells me the Brian Riemer thinks he can get there. I recall an away game at Reading a few years ago and thinking there was no way Mads Bech would make a championship defender... Just as well it’s not me making the decisions!
I was at the Mad Stadium for that game and felt exactly the same.Let’s hope Brian Riemer & co are right on this occasion.

He has always mixed in a game or two where he just doesn't seem to turn up. Yesterday was a shocker. He's a competent backup with potential, but I'd definitely like to see an upgrade at wing-back, if possible.

Good promising player needs the game minutes so as to improve . So is it a flip of the coin, Roeslev or Canos as wing back .For me , Canos may get the call for forward play and Roeslev for the defensive play

Was not helped at all by Baptiste being ahead of him. I suspect his reluctance to go forward at times was because he was expecting Ajer to fly past him and because with Canos so far forward on the other side he's probably being told to stay back more..

He is a very strange one...I like him and I think there's something there but for some reason he just comes across as lacking confidence in himself or something and considering he is older than Bryan surely he should be more confident.....it's almost like he needs to get laid or something.....perhaps that's why he was in the pub if true!

IMO his problem is lack of confidence. He's afraid of losing the ball so plays backwards and hardly ever takes on a defender. He needs to get his head right.

While I do think we could do with a more experienced RWB, he could do with more games with Ajer behind him and certainly more games with a midfielder who will work as a duo with him to move forward. So many times he receives the ball with his back to goal with absolutely zero option but to pass at back.

Wing back in our current formation is a bloody difficult one to play. Often the opposition overload the flanks & the midfield & centre back cover can be flaky to say the least. It's no coincidence Canos enjoyed his best games at Wing back when he had Ajer supporting him. A lack if creativity in the middle & inability to retain posession all combines to make Roerslev reluctant to over commit. I think he's done well in his current run of games (yesterday being a notable exception) & will prove a good Premier League full back in due course.

I tend to agree with you, indeed I have always had great expectations for Roerslev Rasmussen, however, it does not look as if the club see it that way. Should we manage to sign a Right Wing Back, at his age, I cannot see him sticking around for too long. I will be both sad, and disappointment, but then that is football I suppose.

He's young & I'd expect up's & downs. He was pretty good against Villa but struggled yesterday. I think the club do rate him & he's justifying that faith. You're probably right in that he should be back-up at this stage in his development, let's see where we are come the end if the window.Reminiscent of Millwall at home last season.

22 years old and 28 appearances in the Championship for Brentford. Shouldn’t really be starting but all in all, based on his experience and the quality of opposition he is facing, I think he is doing really well.

Poor lad receives the ball out wide and then no one shows for it, he only goes back when he is forced to with no forward option to pass too. It was evident when Jensen came off his outlet forward disappeared.He’s had some brilliant games for us and after each one I’m expecting him to kick on but he seems to go backwards in progress and passing

Exactly, people would have had a fit if he'd tried to take a player on, lost it, and left us hugely exposed with both him and Henry pressed forward.. He's not been shy in getting forward when there are options..

I generally have no problem at all with how he has been doing, though he looked a little tentative on Saturday for some reason, perhaps it was surprise at coming on as early as he did.
What I would like him to do more is get to the byline, using his undoubted skill and reasonable pace, when he has the opportunity. He seems to have lost a bit of confidence in his ability to do this.

I think it was seeing the incident. He looked shell-shocked. He is improving but sometimes it's a step back or takes a while to improve. But then he does. He will be really good I think.
Also we shouldn’t forget that he bombed the length of the pitch and then showed great composure to set up Emiliano to get us to the PL.

Think we need to give this YOUNG guy our support. I honestly believe in him we have a good player in the making.
Don‘t forget his lung busting run at Wembley to support Brian and his pass to Marcondes for the second goal, plus his winner a couple of weeks ago
