I thought bringing O'Connell on was the right thing. They were just pumping the ball forward and it let Harlee come forward and attack their long ball. Very good substitution. As were all the others.
Moses who? Typical journalist.![]()
Well done Marinus. Absolute cra& in terms of injuries. He's doing OK.
Given the crap number of injuries. I think he's got this team playing very well. With the quality of players to come back in the team over tgd next coupie of months. I'm very relaxed.
Yep..ER was fairly negative where I was..all sorts of name calling at various players..
awful-one bloke in particular-every game-dunno why he bothers...
I was on the left side of ER for the second half. I would level a fair amount of money on some of our fans who stood there being disappointed we won judging by their full time reactions.
Glad for him. Was very surprised at two supporters round me absolutely laying in to him (and I mean really and one of them I have barely ever heard say anything). He still looks a bit pained though.
There is an eclectic mix in ER, some quality vets, fun, young lads and some miserable knobs who should know better
Surprised by this stuff about ER I have been going in there for a few years now for the second half and where I stand in the centre it's always positive support never hear any of this nonsense.

That's the respect you command, maybe they know better and you should keep going in there. I know your Blue Baseball Cap boys are in there!
McCormack played in every game (predominantly at right back) up until his injury at Bolton.
I hope, in a sense, some of these people who spend time slagging him off are at the fans' forum on Thursday.
How many games was that? Did we improve after Odubajo was forced to play RB?
That injury proved we were lucky with injuries, last season. :thetruth:
I doubt those types will be there, mate. :grey:
I was thinking earlier ,what would of Warbs done yesterday with plan A clearly not working

Genuinely pleased for the fella. At 2.20 for 5 minutes he cut a lonely figure in front of New Road, hands behind back staring at the turf, no smiles, interaction with any staff, whilst the players went through their paces. We commented that he looked like a man who had put his last tenner on the 2 o'clock at Newmarket, detached, a long way from home and the family, fed up and not enjoying his European adventure.
New Road got behind their head coach and warmly welcomed him pre match, his thumbs up and a genuine smile lit up across his stern features, the first all afternoon. By 5pm he saluted us back, the first time he has had the chance to interact with the home support after a win, a connection between Marinus and us.
Yesterday was a big win for us but you felt for Marinus it was a massive win. For Marinus to succeed he has to feel part of the project, for the first time at home yesterday, there were visible signs that promise is now progress. The new boys are settling, Canos, Vibe and Djuricin and if they continue to make their mark, Dijkhuizens salute to the New Road will become a more regular home feature.

Blimey I'm nearly blubbing here mick c.
According to Roy, his nickname is Dike....And it would be fine to call him Dikey
Once again I'm struck by what a nice guy he is. He came across tonight as very genuine. I would suggest that your average supporter and Marinus have much more in common than the previous two managers. Whether that makes him a success remains to be seen but I for one really hope he succeeds with us.
Totally agree, but I sometimes have to adjust my hearing aid to understand what he is saying!
On my mobile, sky sports
transfer news, it said
Our manager is for the sack.
Rubbish gossip I hope, love the bloke down to earth.
He has our full support
Eh? Where the hell did that come from?
