I am a big fan of the mobile version of the gpg as it is mostly how i follow the brentford however i would like to be able to 'like' posts on my mobile. But there is no button for to 'like' a post on the mobile. So if i want to like something i have to go to the proper verion and i can't read it as i am getting old and my eyes are ****ed and then i can't be arsed any more. I like wanderer paul's summation of the financial rules for the bees next year but i am unable to express that likeyness with a like button click, frankly this is worse than hitler. Please send the gpg monkeys to fix this. Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.

Sorry CBU, this will never happen I'm afraid. Sorry to ruin your hopes and dreams for a brighter, better future.

but it hurts my eyes

Every day is a fresh hell, the steps taken each with a fresh lashing of the whip from the very devil himself. Don't even get me started on the little page buttons and the proximity to 'mark all forums read'

Overall 95% satisfied would use again.

Trying to use the internet on a mobile phone is not something that any grown man with self respect should be doing :nono:. I am finding it very difficult to feel any sympathy for CBU, on this occasion.

I'm not going to lie to you - I have experimented. Well we all have haven't we? But it is a futile, humiliating experience and one that I would like to see made illegal.

Once, I was happy. As recently as March in fact. Then, my perfectly adequate, functional mobile phone stopped working. It just continually rebooted and I thought it was broken but no - I had an identical spare handset which did the same thing. Apparently that model is now 'too old ' for the liking of my network provider.

And so to cut to the chase, I've ended up with one of those phones with no f****** buttons on it. It's the Samsung Pilashite model I believe. My advice to anyone who should be unfortunate enough to find themselves in possession of one of these things is not to touch it - wait for people to ring you. Never, attempt a text message, you will simply end up calling the boiler repair man again and never, ever, under any circumstances, imagine that there is one ounce of truth in the boast that you can 'access the internet'.

It's just got silly now. This, is the future :sorted:.

Mazz, can you get access to the web from the IOW from a mobile? I've got a place in Selsey and at least 50% of the time my smart phone cannot log on. Very frustrating when trying to follow the Bees! It works fine once I'm a couple of miles inland.

You'd be lucky if you could access radio broadcasts and decimal currency that far inland IOW.

The World Service is not an issue as long as you sit on the roof. You're right about decimal currency though. Well, any currency really. Unless you count eggs, cows and straw .

Well. I did it. Last night, I finally consumed enough Kronenburg to summon up the stupidity to try and access the GPG from a mobile phone. Took an hour or so, but I managed to post on this very thread. Except this morning, upon accessing a man's computer, I find that my celebrations are to be short lived. My post has ended up on CBU's profile messages page :banghead:. Never again. Lesson learnt. Know when you're beat .

Markybee is a sensible, well balanced individual. He doesn't lack common sense, nor does he consume Kronenburg. He would not be foolish enough to try to access the internet on anything less than a fully grown, man's computer. Your theory is therefore floored and there must be some other explaination .
