Can they really fit a stadium in there?

On another note i have not really understood why since we own all the land thst we have not re routed the road that runs around the west stand so it initally moves away from the corner of south and west stand and then circles back. It would leave a more rectangular space behind the west stand possibly for expansion or other and would only marginally affect to use of the duffy site?

No you misunderstood. I mean move the road so it follows you red line yes but turn back so it runs parallel with the west stand and on to the same roundabout. Through the s of supply and i of construction on your pic. The road only affects BFC and the land of the duffy site

I think you are describing the current alignment of Lionel Road South.

If not, then please submit your planning drawings.

You mean put the road on the land behind the West Stand on the other side of the current road which is due to get a block of flats built on it? Might that not be something the (you must think) morons running the club may just possibly have considered and rejected as just having the teensiest impact on the viability of the whole project.

Yes but cyclists and pedestrians dont need a whole road and are often routed through covered, protective walkways during construction works so that they are safe from falling debri
