They are a very well-run club though
And they are also on a good run, and still in the equation - its a really tight division this year. Would be good for them also to return back to League 2, and feel that money invested in them rather than Salford City would have benefited the community in that region more - not that is any of my business where investors decide to put their money.
Good luck to them; quite nice for you to wander up there when Bees aren’t playing, and maybe there is some level of excitement in the town at the possibility of League 2 football? I was always a bit surprised that a mate who lived in Stevenage with a young lad that loved football had no interest whatsoever in Stevenage, as neither his lad nor any of the kids at school gave 2 hoots about Stevenage, (all followed Premier League). Not really knowing Sutton, I half assumed that might be the case there, but maybe I’ve got that totally wrong.
