Try a different browser. Seems to be very random because I tried using the same device and browser I used last season and just got the black screen. Changed browser to Firefox and all is fine.

Managed to download chrome and it works, 15 mins late but can now watch, all previous games just pressed watch live and was ok, thanks for your help

Brentford's Carabao Cup match at Southampton available to watch live

Every Carabao Cup Round Two, Three and Four match will be available to watch live on Sky Sports or online in September, whilst access to matches remains restricted to supporters. Brentford reached the Second Round by beating Wycombe Wanderers at the start of the month.

You can buy a streaming pass for a tenner on the Carabao Cup website. I did it for the Southampton game and it was pretty decent.
