New Ticketing Website - Issues

I have been trying to book Cheltenham tickets for my 2 kids who are on my F&F but just can't seem to? I am on the auto cup purchase so its not a problem with purchasing my seat

I have tried to make a new purchase for them but I think their seats are on hold as they are not available .. any ideas or help would be appreciated

Had the same issue - you need to log into their individual accounts and select the selection transfer option and you should then see their reserved seat. It's very odd!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction .. I’ll try that later .. but I thought the idea of F&F was so you can book all the families tickets in one place .. oh well!

It seems to work ok ish when booking away tickets, you can assign to F&F right at the end of the booking when about to pay.

One positive note – it handed out member discounts on my kids' tickets for the Forest game, when there aren't meant to be any member discounts for kids tickets.

Just had a look myself. You need to click the “subscription transfer” option and that will take you through to an order for your seat.

All blindingly obvious, of course.

Well done, yes that worked for my own ticket but couldn't purchase for F&F

It seems to work ok ish when booking away tickets, you can assign to F&F right at the end of the booking when about to pay.

I didn't see that option.

Another problem I can see is ... before, you logged in with your fan number, now it seems you have to log in with a "unique" email address .. on the old system I had 4 of us using one email address .. I need to log into each family member to change to their personal email address, but how do you log as this will just bring up my account??

Apologies if this has already been discussed previously, but I had a look over the past few pages and couldn't seem to see anything.

Does anyone know how to put tickets up on the ticket exchange on the new site? I can't seem to find a link anywhere.

I didn't see that option.

As I remember you have to go through the whole buy x number of tickets and Buy Now, select mailing address and Buy Now and at the very last screen Order Summary you should get dropdowns where you can select the F&F member, you r own name should be in the first selection box. One oddity I have noticed is that my girlfriend doesn't appear in my F&F list and if I try and add her it won't find her by fan number and surname, If we log in as her I am listed in her F&F! The ticket site is a real balls up to say the least!

The option has disappeared now as I've bought the ticket but was showing I think on the Account menu under Tickets. It then took you to another screen where it had your usual seat selected and an option to purchase. Not very obvious and I only found it by accident in the end.

Once you've logged in (individually), you need to go to My Account and scroll down towards the bottom. There you'll find it (marked as expired!) so you can click on it and then on the "Buy" (or Pay, I can't quite remember). It will then add it to your basket and you can see it for the first time! If you want to buy more tickets for non-STH's, you can "continue purchasing" (or something like it) to add more tickets.

Clear as mud!

At the very least the club need to put up some instructions somewhere about how to navigate the system dependant on what you are trying to do.

Until such time it is a consumer friendly ticket purchase site some simple Q&A style guidance would be of use.

It probably will be the clubs fault, or certainly a couple of employees. They supply the site and template etc, but we choose all the options, how things are laid out, what can be done and where etc. This strikes me as someone who wanted to bring in a new system for x-y-and-z (often 'I want to feel important and undertake a big project with my name on it'), but isn't interested in sorting out the nitty gritty details so it doesn't function well. The old site was excellent, and this one is just a mess, with different pages telling you different things, and a lot of the features added in the last few years simply not considered here.

The problem is that if people can't purchase tickets, then it will affect the club in sales and revenue. That's where it will hit.

The requirement to go into your account and update it with an email address and password reset was the first thing that was communicated last season. There's a good reason for this, technically, as an email address is unique and independently verifiable but I think, when others were experimenting some months ago they could put in anything that looked like an email address but did not exist, so it may be it is not being verified.

I believe that you can sort it with a list of fan number, email address, etc to the ticket office, who can link your old account with the new one.

3 tickets purchased. However, I didn't purchase via the 'consult' tab. I purchased three via the 'choose you seat' option. (This is easier to do than via the 'consult' option, seriously!!) Then allocated tickets to relevant ST holders, ticked 'send to', instead of 'print at home, and then purchased.

Found my 'order' and printed it, but when I found the actual ticket, it says "this ticket is not printable"......also would never have found it if I hadnt checked at the bottom of the list of all the home games included on my season ticket

This system is absolute user-unfriendly garbage! I can find my way around most websites in this day and age, but this one needs to be junked

Just below there is another link to "Reserved ticket(s)" .. click on that and all F&F are there with the seats on hold with the price. Unmark any box whom you don't want to purchase for and then proceed to check out

Everton are using it, and from a quick gander around their forums its seems to be without problems.

Agreed. My wife works for one of the big 4 banks in project management. She's an implementation manager and ultimately responsible to ensure that once the I. T. bods have done their thing that the system is actually workable for the end customer!!

This implementation has been a shocker!

Have yet to see my TAPs. The site say they give this information in emails/communications. I’ve never received any.

So did I . I did mention that I was having difficulties with the new system but didn't get a response.If the club are aware that there are problems surely they could provide some sort of guide on how to use the site.I'm still waiting for a reply to my e mail too, which is disappointing. I hope they resolve this issue soon.

I managed to get three Cheltenham tickets for F&Fs plus one for a fairweather. Easy enough online but would have preferred the old method of attaching them to the confirmation email so they can be printed when convenient rather than have to log in to my ticket account to do so. It was only through reading this thread earlier that I knew what to do, so thanks chaps!
