The Accrington chief exec was on Sky Sports News earlier, chuckling and joshing that their game's going ahead once the snows cleared, the simpering sky sports news reader didn't have the cajones to say "yeah but you postponed one an hour before kick off the other week"

how bloody ironic if even they can get a game on today while we twiddle our thumbs again!

Jus spoken to the club...as did my brother...the inspection is at 12.15 and the middle of the pitch is frozen. There is no sun up there to help melt this but also no snow either unlike a bit further North...

Nothing at all on the BFC official site? It's not looking good :(

Peter Gilham has just called me to say that they are having problems updating the club's website this morning. He sends his apologies.

There is a pitch inspection at noon.

from the Met Office,Notts

After a cold and frosty start a generally dry day with bright or sunny spells across the area. Cloud will increase later. Light or moderate southwesterly winds.. Maximum temperature 5 °C.Please avoid a fat bloke in a white dressing gown

Not surprised, concern would be if temperatures were likley to drop but forecast is above freezing for the rest of the day.

Good news for those that have travelled.
