Haven't had time to read all the threads but can anyone explain why the carrot crunchers can't play their derbies on Fri nights and have NE v W London on Sats (even if 1215 ko). Madness

Ticket office will be open on Sunday 10am -2pm and then on Monday from 10am. ST holders have until 10am on Tuesday to purchase their seats. Any unsold after that point will go on general sale.

I want upgrade 2 junior season tickets to adults and does not appear an option online. Do I have to call and book?

Can't you just buy the adult tickets under the child's st account? If you're all linked up? You just don't change the ticket when you get to the basket. All tickets are being printed and sent afaik.

It's to stop 6 fingered carrot crunchers from drinking too much with their extra appendages.....

Many areas on ticket website showing as "area information currently unavailable"

Anyone else seeing this and any reason why?

It can't be?! I've not got my tickets yet! Surely all ST holders should have their tickets reserved until Tuesday at 10am??

I'm season ticket holder too, but looks like no standing left, or not for sale anyway,

How can the allocation be 1834? I thought the minimum was 10% of capacity which is 3400 odd. Looking at train options....! Looks like an overnighter in "beautiful" Middlesbrough...

Probably a glitch I would think-refresh or log out and try again-not everyone could have got a ticket by now surely !!

Yes!!

Log out and log back in. They should come up automatically in your basket. Mine just have!!

All purchased.

I see why others are having problems now.... Changing tickets to upgrade or adding more.....

I went to the ticket site via an email i received from BFC. Have you tried that? It worked for me when I logged out and logged back in. They came up in my basket as 'reserved' tickets. :)

Got it! Thanks. Went in via the email using my mobile phone in the end. Will be able to sleep now.

Same problem as others. Bought online for myself and adult son and daughter (all season ticket holders). Received confirmation email which confirms print at home but no tickets attached which can be printed. Can someone from club confirm the position please? Posting tickets on Tuesday after the bank holiday is surely too risky. Will we receive the tickets in another email?

Ealing road not available that's where our season tickets are

If you read the thread, you'll see that all ST tickets are 'reserved' until Tuesday. Log out and log back in to the ticket site. They will automatically be in your basket.

If that doesn't work, go into your account via the email Brentford FC sent you. It does work, as I and ianallon have been succesful that way. :)

I'm still amazed that Ealing road is apparently sold out, regardless of season tickets being reserved or not?! Normally that's among the last places to go, other than the corners in New Road.... how is it all suddenly sold out this time?

I purchased ticket online at around 4pm this afternoon.
I selected the "print at home" option – and have received the email confirmation;
however I have not yet received the ticket by email (with the bar code etc) – has anyone else had this experience?

I have heard word that "print at home" is not available, but the confirmation email doesn't say this.

Can anyone confirm?

PS: sorry, just read other posts and I can see I am not alone in this.

I'm in the same boat, receipt says print at home but no pdfs/barcodes attached. Plenty of us it seems, which is a kind of reassurance. Presumably the club will either send out further barcode emails, or post tickets out (the latter a problem for anyone who chose print at home because they won't be at their mailing address in the next few days...) There's always some little glitch with that website.

Same problem here. Surely however if you turn up with a printed copy of the email confirmation (which includes the seat number) is that not sufficient in itself to get you in ?

No chance. Far too sensible!

Is ER sold out? Can't get any online.
5 STs on my group. Why a ST entitles to 2 tickets is beyond me, looks like we'll have to get "severely restricted" tickets in BR
