Is ER sold out? Can't get any online.
5 STs on my group. Why a ST entitles to 2 tickets is beyond me, looks like we'll have to get "severely restricted" tickets in BR

No. Read previous posts!!!!!

Did you receive an email from Brentford? If you did, go to ticket site via the link in email. Log in. Then all your tickets should be in your basket. But they're reserved for the specific stand or seat. Some you cannot change! Then go to checkout......

For all the reasons posted on here, I decided to queue up after the match to pay for and walk away with my prized tickets in my hand. I figured the wait would be worth it, and it was a lot warmer than when I queued for the Chelsea ones! I was one of many in high spirits who was just glad to have the opportunity to queue up for another game. Good to see some of the players leaving (to claps + applause) also, as an added bonus.

So can anyone confirm that Ealing Road tickets are already sold out? Find it hard to believe, but they're not available to select on ticket website........

It's not sold out.
If you have a season ticket you just need to log into your account, and the ticket will already be allocated and in your basket.
Good luck.

Ta, but I haven't got a ST, only membership.....I thought that tickets were also available to members at the moment??.....in fact I know members who got ER tickets yesterday.....have emailed the club to confirm......but imagine they'll be a bit busy to reply.......

Just had email from club saying:

"Yes it is sold out until we release season ticket holders seats on Tuesday at 10am."

Assume they just mean Ealing Road.....bit odd referencing 'seats' though......

I think the ER ST's have a virtual seat number allocated on the system, so that numbers can be tracked.

They'll probably be a few Ealing Road tickets left after some season ticket holders can't go but I would expect them to go very quickly.

S/T holder but never used the online system, tried today to get my Ealing Road ticket but, like others, that stand seemingly is not an option.

Any suggestions?

Praying there is still some knocking about AM Tuesday.

Whether championship or PL, definitely taking caution to the wind and picking up a season ticket next season.

Any suggestions?

Go online register .... last four numbers of season ticket...password initially is first name first initial of surname then postcode all lowercase no spaces. Ealing road ticket should then come up. Worked for me. Hope that helps

I doubt that because ST holders can buy 2.

I'm a ST holder for Ealing Road, online I have my ticket in the basket, but cannot get an additional one for Ealing Road? Guessing I can only get my one reserved ticket but not get the second one for the same place??? Has this happened to any other ST holders in Ealing Road looking to get their second ticket?

There seem to be issues re ordering more tickets, upgrading from a child st or senior st and also with print at home.

You may have to just order your own now and either go down to GP or see if the club fixes the issues many seem to be having.

If Ealing Road is sold out of all non-season ticket slots, it means ST holders would be allow to buy one for their seat, but there isn't a spare for you to buy now.

My advice is buy yours now, and then when all non-buys go up for resale Tues get your friend one. Otherwise you'd have to buy in a different section of the ground for now.

Many thanks Dorking Bee, there's the answer for the many of us in that boat. (I love the face-saving "fans selecting Print at Home" etc - until they realised the problem the system was defaulting to Print at Home. It's commercially silly, as the extra postage costs won't be negligible.)

I'm a bit concerned about it going on General sale on Tuesday. Should be to previous booking history now Boro have sold out their allocation.

Actually thinking about this, the club have been put in a very difficult situation. Only making the play offs on Saturday and then only being given 6 days to sort out tickets including a Sunday and bank holiday Monday. Good luck to the very nice people in the ticket office.

Mine defaulted to "Post"... My guess is that the time required to set up a new match with its barcode, etc., on the system, together with the additional cost of that over a Bank Holiday weekend, made it simpler to have only one method for the ticket.

Collected mine from office today. No problem only about 10 people in queue. But have to say the printers were going continuously printing off inter-net orders to be posted out.

I was waiting outside in the car this morning At 9.00 with my daughter as I have been in a queue of 15 there before that took an hour!

All because the website wouldn't let me buy for 3 of our season tickets.

If it helps anyone I have a adult st and 2 kids ones. All our linked via the friends and family facility on the website.

I wanted to upgrade the kids ones to adult ones for the Boro game, but if I login with my own details it defaults to 1 adult and 2 kids tickets in my shopping basket with no way of upgrading the kids ones.

However if I login with one of the kids st details instead, you can then upgrade that ticket to an adult one.

Do I have to buy another ticket for myself or does the ST cover this match?

Drove to the club earlier , stood in the Que for ten minutes whilst seeing a few familiar faces and served with no fuss whatsoever. Four windows open and Mads and the team had it all sorted.Ticket purchased and all done.

I went to the ticket office earlier today and bought my three - just a very short queue but four windows open and serving so all very quick.
