Paddington 22:21, arrives Maidenhead 22:49

To get to Paddington take Central Line to Lancaster Gate and walk.

Complete ball ache, it says 29 minutes but having done the journey a couple of times a week for 30+ years I have never known one to take less than 40. I also think a train to Ealing Broadway and a tube is probably quicker. Getting from the station to the car park in Maidenhead is a pain and then it is a 10 minute drive home anyway. I would rather drive the whole way, get the boy safely in the car and listen to the radio with the heating on.

I think I might park at Westfields as it is £8 for a 2+ hour stay, the train will be £30 plus the parking in Maidenhead is the same as Westfields so it is a cheaper option..

Any advice on where to park, last time I got the train but to be honest I can't be ar5ed tonight, damn nuisance parking and walking to the station and then super slow from Maidenhead to Ealing before the tube and a nice walk. I don't want junior out too late afterwards and it is a crap and slow journey home with drunk people.

conningham road....10 mins walk from grd and free parking after 5pm....did it for the league cup game.......straight out and away after too......thank me tomorrow !!! ;)

Then you are catching the wrong trains.

Not as bad as first feared but still pathetic, I don't know how anyone who can reasonably make this game would want to stay at home and watch it on TV. Enjoy your lukewarm can of fosters.
I’ve got a fridge at home.

We did likewise for the cup game. Surprising amount of easy parking in the side streets at the Askew Rd end of Goldhawk Rd & only 10 mins stroll.
However on the choo choo from Burnham soon for tonight's game

I am not, the trains from Padd to Maidenhead/Reading are notorious for being cancelled, late or much slower than they are supposed to be. If you miss the 10.21 then the next one is the 11.21 which turns up at 11.30 and gets in at after 12. I have done this journey a million times and can probably count on one hand the times it has gone to plan. Not taking the chance with my son who is at school in the morning.

It took me 2 hours to drive from Egham to QPR for last season's game. I managed to do QPR to Leeds after the match in only a bit more than an hour longer.

I parked in the Westfield car park - safe, reasonably priced and not a long walk away.

On my way from Norwich. I hope it’s a night that makes some regret they weren’t there.

Also Sawley Rd nearer than Conningham. Will have 5 min walk from away end to my car tonight.

You can walk to Loftus Road from your place!

From Canary Wharf. Jubilee Line: Down. Bank Station: Overcrowded, no more DLR. Loftus Road: sh*thole. Views: Diabolical (official)

In the QPR end? I wasn't there, but likely to be "Justice for Grenfell" as it's been an ongoing campaign since the tragedy..

Think it was for local Northolt lad Jason Isaacs who was sadly murdered the other day.

Yes. A stone's throw from where my family are. Year below my cousin at school so he's a bit choked. Nice lad apparently
