Well I don't much remember it, but Bees fans should never forget that QPR tried to put BFC out of business back in 1967.
Now, 38 years later there is a chance to strike a modest blow back at them (other than on the pitch of course).
You may know that London Borough of Ealing is basically gifting Warren Farm Playing Fields to QPR for a new Training Ground, on a 200 year Lease.
And as might be expected, QPR are taking full advantage, including paying scant regard to the wider community use promised for the site.
Anyhow, locals are campaigning to rein QPR in, here:

And there is a Petition which anyone can sign (i.e. don't have to be local to Warren Farm or live in Ealing):

And you can also object personally to LBE here:

Meanwhile, if you can get your hands on last weekends Ealing Gazette (freesheet), there is a very professional and informative wraparound from the campaign, also available online here:

Finally, here is a brief TV clip from 1967 showing the power of Bees fans when it comes to taking on those imposters from W12:

"Save Warren Farm as open space for nature and the growing population of Ealing.
Say No to this our largest open Metropolitan land in Ealing being given away for free for 200 years to a corporate company.
Say No to loss of sporting facilities for local Schools and minority groups."
