Possibly our best player. Got a lot of competition though.Had forgotten just how properly good he was.
Yeah, seemed to be struggling a bit for the last 5 mins.....Great performance. Hoping the cramp at the end was just that!
Good performance but felt he could have done a little better in attack.
Your having a laugh mate, he was held back by TF and for good reason.Good performance but felt he could have done a little better in attack.
Agreed. Fantastic chance.Thought he was excellent (again) but should he have scored? I think so with that chance.
could you chuck in a couple about his final ball too, please?I pray every night for his hamstrings

He is only that away from being the complete full back.
I think Rico’s miss was just unlucky. If he had smashed it and it hit the goalkeeper or defender, we might have called him selfish. As it was he cleverly angled it to the far post (which we usually want people to do as it maximises chances from a rebound), and just got the angle fractionally wrong. If it had even hit the post, then our attacker (Bryan was it ?), would have followed it in.Really good again; his aerial ability for his size is an absolute joke, he has a speed advantage against almost every opponent, his first touch superb and whilst not the most technical his passing/decision making on the ball is excellent.
Obviously the finish was missing for the big chance today and we all know his final ball can be improved but overall he’s been great stepping up.
People go on about Rico's final ball etc......................... All i care about before any of that is his defensive capabilities. Hes a top class defender. Thats what he was signed for, his speed, reading of the game and ariel ability is top notch.
The final ball will come, but the amount of times you hear pundits going on about Walker, Trent etc not being able to defend. Thats what they are paid to do.
Rico IMO will flourish in this league.
New contract please DOF.
One of southgates favorites. How Trippier gets into the England squad as a right footed left back is beyond me. Henry would provide much more balance and pace

Due to Ollie’s injury I guess……How Bamford is preferred to Ollie is difficult to understand.
Maybe. Bamford is like an old school central striker but without the attributes requiredDue to Ollie’s injury I guess……
OW was in front of PB previously…..
Was, is, and always shall be a show ponyMaybe. Bamford is like an old school central striker but without the attributes required
Definitely got to be considered in the list of worst players to ever play for England.Maybe. Bamford is like an old school central striker but without the attributes required
Plenty worse than him especially under Graham TaylorDefinitely got to be considered in the list of worst players to ever play for England.
Leeds squad is 80% championship players, working their socks off under one of the best managers in the world. Bamford isn't a prem playerDefinitely got to be considered in the list of worst players to ever play for England.
...........he is a Big Girls Blouse................I’d have fancied myself to notch one against Andorra.
What an opportunity for Bamford and he played like a big girl’s blouse.
What gaping and still misses out...........he is a Big Girls Blouse................
The squad was named before Watkins had played any games this seasonHow Bamford is preferred to me is difficult to understand!
'scuse me but . . .This is not good news. We need to offer him a new contract along with a few other players in the starting eleven.

West Ham could reignite interest to sign Brentford left-back Rico Henry
West Ham did not sign a left-back this summer and could be in for one in the January window, with Brentford's Rico Henry expected to be on their list.www.westhamzone.com
We won’t be selling any key players in January but next summer will be interesting.'scuse me but . . .
"Brentford themselves aren’t guaranteed to stay up this season and unlike the Hammers, will not be pushing for a top-six finish."
