West Ham are a negative team under Moyes, even last night they played with 3 defensive midfielders. Would love to have seen Benrahma at Leeds after we didnt go up. Maybe if we do go up we could get him back in a deal. Wishful thinking I know.
No football fan/Brentford fan in their right mind would like to see that. ;)

What the actual f*** - did a Bees fan write that!!!!! The only Brentford player I'd ever like to have seen at Leeds is Eddie Hutchinson with strict instructions not to head any balls.

It might be an unfashionable thing to say, but I think Moyes is doing a pretty decent job there.

They were in freefall when he arrived, and now they are comfortably mid-table.

Benny was never going to be the right player for a team whose only ambition is survival, more fool him for going there and the owners for paying £30m for him.
I agree, he's doing a very good job. No team in the PL would give Benrahma the freedom he had here.

Excellent today for West Ham, looking confident and involved in all West Hams best moves. Moyes of course inexplicably subbed him off on 65 minutes after which Burnley came back into the match but unfortunately couldn't score.

A lot of praise for him on social media, and a lot of people mystified by the substitution...

Hopefully we get promoted and buy him back at a Halleresque discount, with the benefit of Said having had a year’s PL experience 😉

Played really well yesterday. Unsure why he was taken off and not Fornals. Altho Moyes seems to have a serious man crush on Fornals

He does seem to be settling in to the number 10 role.

Jonathan Pearce, commentating on the Match Of The Day highlights, said that he had played well but they showed very little of his involvement apart from the pass which started the move for the goal.

made things happen. To me I don’t really understand why he is playing the 10 role and Fornals on the LW

I would play Said as LW and Lanzini/Forcentral with Bowen RW

one thing you do notice though is Cresswell is not as energetic/good as Rico so sometimes they get a bit isolated.

Cresswell's delivery is twice that of Rico though.

He played ok. 6.5/10. Few good bits and a few sh*t bits. Looks much better on the left IMO

I wish he could save the energy from wandering across the pitch that is per Moyes instruction no doubt. Also if at times I couldnt see where he was, what chance has the ball carrier?

yeah agree. Sometimes he dropped back deep. Other times wide left. Mind you he is doing ok and growing in every game.

Even in the Spammer's goal celebrations he looks out of place and unhappy. Sadly, we can't bring him home from the spivs.

Looks like the new kid at school not sure how to behave and looking to make friends did a couple of decent things but mainly played safe. No real magic we know he has.

Did one wayward cross and the camera panned to moyes who looked like he was chewing a wasp. No love there.

I have noticed that in previous games that he has appeared in....other players don't celebrate with him when he makes goals and look as they only pass to him when they have to...especially Noble today..Said played a perfect pass for Hammers 2nd goal today but got little appreciation from the scorer Yarmalenko...looks like a little boy lost at times.

Smaller fish in a bigger pond, playing within himself.

Moyes doesn’t get the best out of players like that.

Has been getting better every game IMO - but this was only Doncaster.

Please Moyes is playing him LW now, even though like us the 3 attacking mids float and switch positions, sometimes even Antonio goes deeper and Bowen goes up top.

Needs that first goal though.

He won't play there when Matsuaka is fit.

thats an interesting one, we've won 4 on the bounce and would we instantly go back to 5-4-1?

I personally think WH played better with the 5-4-1 - but it'd be risky to change it back straight away.
