Issues with blood test = what excuse can we come up with in order not to look like complete w*****s when he plays and scores in his next match and rest of the season....

But what grounds would that be for a discount? Just throw in a free mask.
Thats why they want a loan instead now - albeit if my theory is right - he will be fine in 10 days anyway.

Its just guess work.

If its legit, it may be something like that. Or diabetic, or anything really. I mean, when was his last blood test? 2 years ago with us?

Im only throwing random theories about.

West Ham are delaying trying to get dosh off. We all know it, but in the tiny chance it is legit....

He's got 2.5 years left on his contract (assuming we take up his option)?

If it's something serious a loan with obligation wouldn't provide a get out clause would it? Would only delay when they pay

Body language there - the tightening of the mouth at the end of the sentence, chin jutting out slightly. That is a man who is not happy because he is not getting what he wants, but does not want to admit it, possibly because of a perceived loss of face. Thing is, what does he want? Judging by some comments, he may not actually really want Benrahma, but the muppets who run west ham are trying to foist him on the club. They - Waldorf and Stadtler - probably see our boy as a marquee signing and want the ego-boosting that goes with that. Wear their wealth on their sleeves etc. Bloody spivs.

No WH player or Moyes are happy with GBS. They were quite vocal when Grady was let go.

Moyes has already said, and the video link is above, that he DID NOT FAIL a medical.

Let that one go.

It is 100% WHU trying to lower the price.

Old Malden, actually......
Reminds me of of the occasion when I was about to exchange contracts on my flat and the buyer demanded a reduction of nearly 10%, thinking that I had no option but to accept. As it happened I had plenty of alternatives and therefore told him that the asking price had just gone UP 10%. The sale collapsed and a year later I eventually sold it with a £100k gain as property prices rocketed. So, Said - go and get us 15 goals before Christmas and we'll sell you for £35m in January :)

Absolutely. They have a history of these types of shenanigans. I’m very confident they won’t win this battle. He’ll either sign for them at the price Brentford want today or he’ll be in the squad tomorrow against Coventry.

think about what these spiv’s are doing with Said’s mental health.
if this does go through how’s he going to be mentally, exhausted probably. then they will want him to be setting the pitch alight within a few hours.
footballers are overpaid but they also have emotions, Said needs an arm around him. To get the best, he needs to feel loved. They are treating like just another lump of meat. It’s already doomed to failure. Poor show Wet Spam. Yo7 just don’t know how to deal with it. It’s all just the cash that matters.

The telling thing is the WH fans calling out their own clubs antics on twitter. We hold the cards by the looks of things. January isnt far away, still plenty of contract left, west ham need to replace anderson and keep their fans happy
Indeed.
This is quite a roasting too, from one of their fan sites Said Benrahma transfer highlights further incompetence of West Ham board

With the outcome of this transfer set to be concluded by the 5 pm closure of the window, the West Ham board is at risk of becoming even more loathed than they already are – if that is possible.

Benrahma has been available since august why are West Ham only now trying to get it through the door. Reeks of desperation from them and yet it appears they still seem to be blowing it.

His agent/s plus the two PG's will no doubt keep him in the loop with what's actually going on and focused. he wont be relying on Twitter's horseshit for news, I'm confident he'll be fine mentally to play for us tomorrow if he's still here.

Apparently Said did the whole video announcement last night, wearing the shirt etc.... just a thought but Moyes looks less than enthusiastic, perhaps he’s put his foot down and the owners are concocting a failed medical/complex deal to avoid showing that Moyes and the board don’t agree on signings...

But that would all have been agreed before the medical surely. and if he hasn't failed the medical what on earth has changed...

David Craig on Sky Sports News has said on air that Benrahma will be joining West Ham on a season long loan with an obligation to buy after that.
