First Game: 20th June
Second Game: 27th June
Then every midweek/weekend until Tue/Wed 21/22 July.

Looks like a “no”......
Just read the article...

“Sky Sports will broadcast 30 of the remaining 108 Championship matches alongside exclusively showing the 15 games across all EFL divisions in the Sky Bet Play-Offs”

Guess it sort of makes sense, as PO games aren’t included within STs......

Play-off matches will be shown exclusively on Sky - no iFollow.

This is because clubs can now only be shown a maximum of 6 times in the last remaining games. So expect the return of Sky Leeds.

The club don't know exactly how this will work. The assumption is that there will be some sort of code that you can enter. I believe this was referenced elsewhere on the GPG.

We will be first up, so I hope it ****ing works and there's no teething problems or it had better be: "Kick off is delayed due to Voucher Code problems on the internet"

OK I get that's crap in normal times but does it really matter if you're watching with no other up to date info coming in?

So if you currently pay for an ifollow subscription for audio coverage, should you just cancel that as I assume you can now watch these games free as a STH. If you cancel, do you then need to set up a new account ?

I suppose you could, will you get a refund however?

As above, not sure how iFollow can be access if you don't have an account. But they must have a solution. Hopefully an answer will be forthcoming shortly.

For those that don't have Sky, will have to hope (though unlikely) that we will be allowed to go to other people's houses, or even the pub, by then!

Although I suppose there's always the Now TV day pass.

It was mentioned earlier on here that you cannot "cast" it to a screen.

Not sure - probably depends how smart your Smart TV is. I wouldn't count on it. I watch on a Win10 PC with a 47" monitor. I can't remember the last time I switched-on my TV.

The last match of the regular season is set to take place being on the midweek of 21 and 22 July with the Championship play-off final on either Sunday 2 or Monday August 3.

I would advise you to do nothing and wait for the official announcement of how it will work. I would expect you are a use case that has been considered and if you take action now you might mess things up.

Sensible approach lol. Was just throwing it in the air really. The fact I hadn't already cancelled it when there's nothing on and never cancel it during the seasons break is probably an indication of how bothered I really am. TBH, £4.50 a month is a price i'm happy to pay even if I think Ifollow has some serious issues and not fantastic. Being able to watch rather than just listen to the last 9 games would be a bonus and I wouldn't care whether I still paid their fees as well as 'donate' the remaninder of my ST

Exactly. Unless you're trying to bet in game I guess
During normal times, apart from the betting issue which I think is also true, I have to pause Soccer Saturday because any goal in our game would come up on there before it happened on ifollow.

It's very likely to be more or less dependent on your internet connection. I guess you mean behind Sky which has the advantage of delivering pictures via a satellite which doesn't have the variation of a users internet connection to deal with.

What difference does the time lag make?
If you're in a Group Chat/WhatsApp/Zoom etc. watching the game 'together' with mates, and some are watching Sky while others are on i Follow it'll be a pain.....
It's happened for me this season watching Sky via NOWTV while others are watching 'live' Sky....
NOWTV coverage has about a 2 minute lag....

Move device/TV to garden. Invite 5 of your mates around.

From the latest update (just now) from the club:

https://www.brentfordfc.com/news/2020/june/ticket-holder-update-05.06.20/

"We are delighted that the EFL and Sky Sports have reached agreement on delivering all STH free live coverage of our remaining nine home and away fixtures via iFollow (the EFL’s digital streaming platform). Over the coming days we will be working with the EFL on how we deliver this service to our Season Ticket Holders. We hope this solution will be welcomed by our STH and delivers you what you want – access to The Bees. By the end of next week, we will provide further information to our STH on how you receive your iFollow access along with details of potential refunds to STH that can’t or don’t want to make use of the iFollow access to our nine remaining games.

Unfortunately the people I watch with at GP live 150 miles away.....
Not sure what the quality would be like but you can share your video over whatever platform you are using then it's together.

It would be awful TBH. You need something that syncs each users stream to the same point like this does for Netflix:

https://www.netflixparty.com/

or this for Twitch/Amazon Prime:

https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/watch-parties?language=en_US

Sky are hinting that they will something like this as a feature when the Premier League comes back too.

Alex means do a screen share into the zoom/meeting room....and have everyone watch it there.

Netflix party looks great though, not seen that before, we can all join @nocoat for his film reviews!

I know but the experience would be poor on both ends.

Turn off the internet and watch it?
You can't watch iFollow if you've turned off the internet!

Play-off matches will be shown exclusively on Sky - no iFollow.
Can't imagine they won't be available on iFollow, but they might be geo-restricted so you can't be in the UK.

It was mentioned earlier on here that you cannot "cast" it to a screen.
You can cast it to your TV from a computer, but not a tablet or phone.
