Celtic are sticking by him and planning to appeal.....as he's only on loan I'm surprised they haven't packed him off back to Villa

Awarded sponsors' man of the match against Celtic yesterday, but shown a red card in the referee's room afterwards for using foul and abusive language to the match officials.

He should have kept his mouth shut untill he got in the dressing room, but has been under a great deal of pressure for the last few weeks and has coped well and not let it affect his game. We his family are very proud of him, the way he stood up to a racist, and the correct way he went bout it. He was boo'd on Sunday every time he touched the ball, but carried on and got mom, But as most Aberdeen fans would tell you the ref seemed to let Celtic off with a lot. Shaleum let his frustration of losing in the last few minuets get the better of him, in the tunnel he told an official that the ref had an effing s...ter. That was his crime he is gutted now and Im sure he's not going to do that again. just thought I would fill you in with the facts those who are interested.

I never met him but I'm sure you're right about him being a decent chap!!;);)

he spent more time talking to my 13 year old daughter at the training ground than anyone other player, when Uwe was in charge.. that made him a decent bloke in my eyes aswell..

Shaleum has just announced he has had a baby boy called Zeplin.

What's wrong with a normal name like Nick or Gabi ?

Not really - I have watched Aberdeen a few times this season and Logan plays very wide right and is used as Aberdeenshire Bidwell on that side. When he has forayed forward there is always cover where he should be and he stays forward from time to time.

He often follows play up from a deep midfield position and his goals come from picking the ball up at edge of box or running at a defender from 25/30 yards out.

He is seen as a hero at Pittodrie and is playing in a good football side. Admit there are a few weak teams in that league but there are also a few that are not. He is on decent money and has another 2 years left on his contract - A position that I think most on the GPG would swop their job for.

Me, I was disappointed when he left us as I thought there was more we could have got out of him.

If teaching is a good job for the holidays why is it difficult to recruit to the career?

Because parents of kids/teenagers are a bunch of horrible bastards?

Agree also the pay is crap and teaching along with the police are really jobs for people with degrees who didn't know what to do with them and struggled to find work in there field so took the easy option
