I actually fancy us to get something out of this. Wed have no choice but to go for it at home given their points deduction and I think we’ll be able to pick them off on the counter... 2-1 bees Toney, Mbuemo

I'd take a point but I want us to win at least one of the next two games to prove our mettle so I'll go for a resolute 0-1.

Depends on how our midfield deals with the physicality which depends on who is fit and selected .If Jensen has a central role then l fear a struggle.

People describing Weds as strong and physical. Are they? Or are they the same dross we spanked 5-0 in March.

They've signed a few journeymen, but surely nothing to fear here.

Weds 1 - 3 Bees
Canos, Tony, Forss
Tony who?

Will actually give us a win, although if you ignore the points deduction they have actually started better than us. Honestly it depends how much they try to exploit the lack of Norgaard, which I suspect they will try.

0-2 though. Just reckon it may land in our favour.

Tricky to predict, depends if Toney is OK, and is Janelt up to another game, if Jensen plays in DM I would be concerned
that SW physicality may prove a problem, they will press a lot more than Coventry did.

Wide mid.Janelt central or Baptiste central if fit.Marcondes sub.
So after we win a game where they both play well you want to play one totally out of position and drop the other for an untested new signing and a player whos always injured. Seems a little bonkers to me mate ;)

Bonkers or not and it's all opinion, I'd do it. Jensen in centre mid where the oppo won't be standing off worries me. Mind you I doubt that Thomas will change much. I'd also leave out Bryan and Sergi for Fosu and Ghoddos but it aint gonna happen. If Jensen plays centre mid well I will be the first to say well done and I was wrong.

Don't think points count with xG sadly. Otherwise we'd have been promoted years ago! :)
It has them on -6 expected points so either it's taking the deduction into account or there is a serious problem with the model! I'm quite surprised we're so high actually as I don't think we've put in a top, top, top performance yet.

oh, yes you are right there! My bad.. I guess though despite not having put in a top, top performance, we should really have got a couple against Birmingham and we shouldn't have let all those goals in against Preston. Pretty much every game, with perhaps the exception of Millwall, we've had really good chances we should have put away..

Cant see us not conceding again. Without norgaard and we defensively dont look at solid as last season but we are still creating plenty and toney is on a hot streak so 1-3 bees. Toney, Mbuemo, Pontus!

If Jensen plays a central role in the game, it implies he’d be getting plenty of the ball. When that happens, we start to really tick....

Is ‘Wednesday on a Wednesday,’ one of ‘those’ stats? Or, have I misremembered something about them?

Not after tonight they won't have!

2-1 Bees. Top 6 in sight and treble still on.

Yep opinion accepted :) The squad IMO will only flourish by playing more games together.

I agree that it would be nice to see TF rotate the squad am im shocked that Fosu doesnt get more of a look in.

Nah. Three points. Most weeks, if we're to start looking like champions elect.
