Does anyone have their code for midweek away matches yet? Surely we need this for Wednesday?
No - you should have got an email stating that you just need to have the same email address for iFollow as your ticketing account. There won't be a code to use, you should simply be able to log into iFollow and watch.

There is no code, it will be activated automatically. That's why you had to ensure your Ifollow email address was the same as your ticketing account

Ah, this has potential....

Do you know when they will be applied so that we can check (And how we can check!)

It was all here on 9 October.

Emails were sent out telling ST holders what they had to make sure of doing.

I had a look on Saturday after Coventry at the next match on IFollow and the Wednesday game showed as already available (or similar wording)

I believe this is the reason that some got access to the Coventry game without needing to enter a code... the only explanation we could think of.

Mines offering me the chance to subscribe to the Sheff Wed audio for £2.50 when I click the subscribe section as per Untouchable's post, but also has the season ticket package live as shown on hobbsy's screenshot......

This also appears in my account along with confirmed access to the SW game as per my earlier post.

It is interesting that the expiry date of the Season Ticket is July 2021. For those who aren‘t premium ST holders, I thought the offering was all home games and only midweek away games up to 31 DEC 2020.

Surely they aren’t going to activate access for Sheff Wed and then turn everyone off again before the Stoke game at the weekend?

This is the EFL. They can't operator a useful fit and proper persons test,

Can you please share a screenshot of this "already available" wording? Thanks

I assume this was in place for the Coventry game as I did not need to use the voucher sent via email, it was just working once I logged in.

Same as - offers me audio for £2.50. I assume it will be activated by the time of the game and maybe being done bit by bit?

Yes. mine too.

So the only clue that we might be ok is the Season Ticket product in the Purchases as per Hobbsy's screenshot.

I would hope that the words ‘you already have access to this match’ are the most positive indicator!

Is is a possible screw-up in that iFollow Audio is available for £2.50 to anyone, whereas iFollow Video (with audio commentary) is FOC for STH's?

Yes - CORRECTION - apologies - I thought I was logged in to IFollow when I saw the £2.50 charge but it turns out I wasn't. Having logged in, access remains available (I have a Bees ST)

Hmm, mine still says £2.50 charge even thought my season ticket is 'active'

When I click on next match I get told access will be available from 1 hour before kickoff and a counter showing 2 days 5 hours 27 minutes. Does this mean I'm ok? Have active on purchases screen.

I use the same email address for both but all I get is the enticing £2.50 audio offer. I have checked back and never received the email. Probably a bit late to resolve this now so pity I wasn't paying attention. Will have another go on the day otherwise might opt for NowTV.

That's the standard messages for all games - as far as I know only 1 person has the SW game activated on here with the rest of us showing £2.50 audio option under the subscribe section of iFollow on the official site.

I emailed the club but the response was really just the information from the email, which I had read on the GPG. It didn't say how this might be resolved seeing as the date to sort out any problems has long passed now.

I think you can pay for audio pass whilst being eligible for free games. Luckily I realised they have been charging the 5 a month for audio since back end of last of season despite being eligible for free video. Contacted them and they said a refund would be issued. From this I think you can have an audio pass and have free eligibility hence why it be showing, despite it being pointless

Exactly. What's changed since this "VIP Upgrade"?

What a load of bollox.

Why don’t the club just say that there are particular requirements for iFollow access when a game is on Sky and that’s why they have to add access rather than send a code.

Also, if this is VIP access, what level was the access for the Coventry game? I’m going with dogshit level to match the general service that iFollow provides.
