Yes I think we've seen that recently...at least in this case the person used their real name.
It's why the clubs stance on banning supporters is correct, as that is a genuine real world consequence other than having to make a new account.

Whilst this may be right, the McPherson Principle states that "a racist incident is any incident which is perceived to be racist by the victim or any other person“. That is now law.
It would appear that Ivan found it racist that he was being tagged in a Twitter thread in which any reasonable reader would deduce he was being called an ‘ape‘ after being sent off. As have all the people who have reported the incident to the police and Brentford and Southampton football clubs.
There’s a phrase for what’s going to happen to the perpetrator- ‘chat sh*t, get banged’.
If the kid has made a huge misjudgement, then his 'mate' (probably his Dad) has unbelievably made things even worse somehow.

And his uncle, who rates himself as some kind of Southampton thug, isn’t helping by telling people that “any one got a problem with [his nephew] you have to go through me 1st”............
............whilst posting further down his timeline that he’s working to get the black lives matter thing scrapped by Southampton, and that they’re a ‘terrorist organisation’.....
