Last season showed us we need to rotate more, especially playing 3 at the back with the demands on the wing backs and midfield 2.. we need quality back up at LB and RB which we don’t have at the moment

I like Zamburek, he looks intelligent and creative on the ball. I'm glad we seem to have opted out of blocking his path with another overhyped English dribbly winger. Ideally I still think we need another right back and a striker, possibly two if Maupay goes. If we are going for it this year then maybe a loan or two of the right quality might not be such a bad idea.
Not much value in a loan. If he's any good with us as with Canos it'll whack up his transfer fee. If he's not, we've wasted money which could have gone on a couple of B team players or even a bargain first teamer. It is 2 1/2 years since we loaned in any first team players. Since then only players from FCM and Charlie Oliver (who?) from Man City, all for the B team.
Regardless of who comes in, we definitely need to shed a few bodies as well. I just totted up how many professionals we've got... incredibly, I make it 51.

Yes, we don't have scholars now so anyone we sign now will be a professional. We seem to be a little heavy on B Team players but they won't be on big wages, I suspect Pontus earns more than them combined.
I would expect a few to be going out on loan soon too.
Yes, same with the First Team squad. Vast majority have been just to get them away from the BFC training ground.
Tend to agree in most cases, especially now as we have a really good and varied games programme with the B team.
