Worked hard and link up play made a difference. Took the wrong option on occasion but much more effective than Canos for the team generally. Think should keep the place as long as he performs at least as well as that.

Actually, I don't think Tarique played a great game himself but he linked up with understanding with Rico, plus Josh and Emiliano at times, so the sum of the parts was greater than his individual performance. Similarly, the contributions of Vitaly and Emiliano made it a great team performance.

Would like to see him run beyond the defender and exploit the gaps, which he seemed a bit reluctant to do. Maybe under instructions.

Pretty anonymous tonight I thought.
Yeah, not great. A more suitable LW option than Ghoddos and Canos, but that’s not hard. Hope to see improvement with more minutes.

I don't really see that he offers an awful lot more than Canos but he does link up quite well with Henry. It was his poor cross though that left us exposed with the both of them stuck upfield. I think we need to be looking for better in Jan..
I agree, there has been a lot of criticism for Canos this season which I understand but Fosu doesn’t offer anything more. He’s a squad player, hasn’t shown enough to deserve a start.

I think like Canos, he maybe looks better when he's used as a sub.
Didn't look bad tonight...but didn't massively stand out either. This part of the pitch, be it him, Canos or Ghoddos, is holding us back. Hopefully one of them can step up soon.

He offers more in that with him playing it allows Rico to push forward more, as Fosu defends better. That’s enough for me right now.

Yep. One cock up. However, Rico has probably played his best two games with Fosu in front of him. Instead of a headless chicken.

Yes he did play well though. Positioning needs some work.
I'm not going to judge him after being in the wilderness and then playing Tuesday/Friday. It's interesting that TF clearly wants the right sided attacker to tuck in more than the left and allow Henry to bomb forward, this should suit Ghoddos more than Fosu
If Fosu had made the challenge initially instead of hesitating it wouldn’t of happened. Then it was obviously down to VJ to deal with and then Dalsgaard so I’m not saying Fosu is fully to blame. Likewise others were saying Rico should of sat back for Samuel but the attack/chance wouldn’t of happened either.

Even then was still 4 v 2, we could have defended that better

The patches my stream allowed me to watch I thought he did well.
I must have been watching a different game. Did better 2nd half but first half his passing was awful.
He did well for the first goal and ok overall but nowhere near fantastic for me.
