As it appears that maybe there isnt the market for all of the posh seating that we have, consideration should be given to declassifying on of the lounges and selling them to Brentford fans as Premium Seats.

This would mean that some of those who want a posh seat will have to swap lounges and that the club would have to create a new Premium pricing band and package that is attractive to Brentford supporters.

The alternative is that our fans will finally have enough and will vote with thier feet by relocating to either Legends or the other stands and WHEN they do the current problem will become worse with even more away supporters in the stand which will just install the confidence to be more vocal.

If the stand is NOT hospitality it should be HOME fans only

When they announced they were going to do all the premium and higher levels of seating I had reservations about it working, especially when novelty wears off and/or when we get relegated

Your statement assumes we are getting relegated, did you mean that?

A mate of mine enquired about hospitality and not a sniff back, he assumed it was all sold out for the season… He’s new to Ealing and was very much a international only/ go with the flow supporter but has adopted Brentford and tries to get a ticket when he can (league cup etc), he emailed hospitality from his work email months ago… he works for a well known investment bank (eg potential client stuff for bfc) and he couldn’t get a response. How the fook does the Brummie Batgirl get tickets?! 😂

He should just call for each game adopting the accent or approach of the away side for that game week.

He could, but what’s the point of having a hospitality email I guess I’m getting at? I wouldn’t want to sit on hold to a phone number if I could avoid it. Secondary being staff probably spending too much time selling individual matches to away fans 🤷‍♂️ This isn’t me trying to get him hospitality, he likes it with me in the cheap seats, I just find the whole way it’s done amusing

There's an unsold Premium seat next to us. I've called the PSH line and bought 4 times and my neighbour's done on occasions, too. It's not cheap but it's also not hospitality, just lounge access, but you can book a meal (I think, never done it). Just to be clear, I've never resold that seat but brought a member or, once, guest.

Therein lies another massive problem the club has, and still 6 months since promotion, hasn't got close to solving. Same issue with ticket office and megastore. Nobody answers emails.
Yep. But tbf as I’ve mentioned on a previous thread when I contacted the disability email for a one off they were brilliant and responded straight away. So there is hope!

Glad we don’t have this nonsense in the North Stand :judge:

Where are the away lounges. For someone struggling with it all these threads are depressing. I try but just can't explain how alien it all feels to me. But.....surely most of you who are more positive and not an old misery like me can make things work.

It does work mostly.

This is what pissed of the Chelsea fans at the cup game ( as well as pissing off a few of us with them) they paid £100 and thought that included a meal. There’s no free food in the Legends, free program and half-time drink, that’s it.
What a bargain, the North stand feels great in comparison, very few away fans I have noticed, some proper moaners though, real Brentford feel to it.
This is the BFC website to register your interest for Premium Seats on a match by match basis:

As you’ll see, there is a question on there to declare which team you support with the options:
- Brentford
- The away team
- Neutral
- Both teams

At least we now conclude that not only is BFC aware they will have away fans pitching up in hospitality each game but they are actively encouraging it.

Probably a directive from one of our many inclusivity executives, noone can be excluded from sitting in the home stand.

I'm a PSH in the Railway lounge. No obvious Man Ure supporters in the lounge/Block S204 Wednesday night, but we have had "loud" away supporters taking hospitality packages for games in the past (Liverpool & Ch€lski have been the the worst).

With the Railway lounge being used for people buying hospitality packages, we lose a significant number of tables/chairs when the seating is flexed to accomodate said people on a match by match basis. It was bad Wednesday night as nearly half the tables were taken up by hospitality. When signing up as a PSH, we were told that the Fortress Lounge would be used for hospitality, but this doesn't appear to be the case.

Too true….love it….no away fans (and if there is they keep very very quiet as the bar bits at the back are like the new rd but with more bees chaps) and plenty of toilets/bars etc etc….best stand by a mile 👍

Couldn’t be happier with where we ended up mate. You wouldn’t even know that the family section is to the right of us.

West stand looks fun but the North is where it’s at.

I think the club should just cut its losses and declare that the whole of The Moon Stand* is for away fans. That way a lot of this hassle will go away.

*The Moon (or East) Stand is so named because it has no atmosphere. And no real Brentford fans willingly sit there.

Couple in north stand on Wednesday. Not for long tho! They couldn’t seem to speak and toppled about like drunken weebles to the slightest touch. The stewards took them somewhere eventually, hopefully got their tickets off them rather than laying out the red carpet to the away end!

*Obviously* when I talk about the total lack of an atmosphere in the Moon Stand, that doesn’t include the great support for their teams that the away fans sat in there create :)

I am in E 215 tomorrow , right next to the away fans.

Looking forward to some light hearted banter :sneaky:

I’m guessing prob the latter knowing our club currently….they seem more interested in throwing out bees who stand up and sing in the NS 🧐🙄 no wonder it gets called a library as big brother watches on high definition cameras from across in the SS looking for any culprits….and that’s gospel from someone I know talking to old bill at one game….makes you 🤮🤮

Bloody hell that's a bit grim reading - wonder if my time will come then as I do get a bit carried away and dole out my fair share of constructive criticism at the opposition and officials which I prefer to do from a standing position. Just to add this is alongside singing for and supporting our team too before somebody tells me I would be better off spending my energy supporting the team ;)

It is worth noting that premium season ticket holders can now sell their tickets on the exchange (as of this week). That might mean that more of the tickets that would otherwise not be used, or perhaps sold to away fans, will be sold to genuine Bees fans? Perhaps I am being overly optimistic there....

Yes, but unlike STHers they can't delist them after listing them. Why not?

The cctv at Griffin Park was pretty nifty also. Don’t pick your nose too often at the BCS as it will pick out what shade of green it was!

According to our police tweets, two ManU fans were arrested, one for D&D and the other for assulting a steward. Maybe it was them?
