Club Shop

I don't mean to be........critical.......but is it just me, or is our Club Shop the worst in the UK in terms of what they offer and their stock?

The online shop is basically out of stock for pretty much everything and the range of products is abysmal and worse than some much lower positioned teams. I checked Shrewsbury's for example and they have a huge range of gear and it all seems to be available. In all honesty, East Fife have got a better club shop than us - and that is saying something! Are the managers of our shop deliberately running down the stock because of the move, or is something else happening?

And who the heck decided to commission a range of clothing with just a bee on it, which means absolutely nothing to anyone else, unless they magically associate the insect with us? I mean, if I saw a polo shirt with just a small tiger on it, I would not think, "aah, there goes a Hull fan". The shop seriously needs to up their game.

Sack the board - new management etc.

Rant over.

it's shocking. things are obviously changing soon. let's see if that leads to improvement.

I haven’t seen a range of items available commemorating our departure from GP. Have I missed them, am I too early or have they just forgot we’re moving?

It feels like now should be the time you can pre order some decent momento available in at least the last 3 club crests to satisfy all ages and tastes.

Other than the name the quality of the merch at Luton in their shop, seemed a lot better.

Has anyone bought anything during the past few weeks from the club shop.
If so, how quick was delivery?
I done the 48hr one but it's 48hr from dispatch, not order isn't so just wondering what the turnaround is...

I ordered a football for my youngest. Took 10 days to get to me. Thought it had got lost in the post, tbh.

It was probably kicking around a sorting office somewhere.

I ordered a shirt on line for one of my grandsons and I received an e-mail acknowledgement within a couple of hours and the shirt arrives within four days. excellent service as always from BFC shop and ticket office.

Always been good when I've ordered from there too, but just wanted to know how the lockdown is treating the club shop and orders etc.
I thought it a good way to give some money to the club whilst getting something in return.

Remember to add a few days for delivery to the back of beyond :looks:

I ordered a few bits and bobs, a few weeks back. The bits and bobs arrived within a few days.

OK it's late and I'm just quickly sifting through the GPG. I've tried to decrypt your post. In the end I've decided you ordered a few bits and bobs which took a few days to be delivered. Have I missed anything here Billy? If not I think that is probably the least interesting post in history. Except maybe this one. Sorry Billy.

No need to apologise.

I was responding to a post from Ladbroke - I quoted his post in mine.
Ladroke is thinking of buying some stuff from the club shop and 'just wanted to know how the lockdown is treating the club shop and orders etc.'
I advised him to allow extra time for delivery to the north of Never Never Land, where he lives.
I then gave my experience of ordering and receiving goods from the club shop in lockdown.

PM me if you need further assistance :sorted:

Looks like theres some good and very fashionable stuff at the moment! Especially the personalised section, although alot of the customisable stuff forces you have a forename and a surname. I dont know why they dont let you put whatever you like, fathers day coming up but it wont let you put just "DAD" for example

Received 2 days later (excluding day of order). Very impressed. Even to Never Never Land.
Will probably order something else now

Our range really is poor. Been looking for shirts for children that are not even a year old, doesnt seem like they do them?

Plus i wish they would re stock the retro kits as i would 100% buy one.

Does anyone have any experience with dealing with the shop? It’s been ringing for ten minutes and no answer but it switched from voicemail dead on 10am so you would expect someone to be there !!

I want to order a couple of facemasks On line using the club shop voucher I got but don’t see an option to go and pick it up from the shop. And they want seven pounds p and p for 12 worth of merchandise lol rofl

I used the online Shop to buy a couple of masks , one adult and one youth and hoped to use my lads voucher to cover the cost.

That plan was knocked back as they would not accept the voucher for the masks so I paid £6 and £5, happy to do so.

The masks arrived, the adult was a bit snug but usable. The youth mask however was just plainly ridiculous, would not go anywhere near fitting.

I decided to give it to my grandson who supports us fantastically well from Swindon. He tried It and it went halfway around his face. He is 6.

I emailed the shop to advise in case they had a bad batch that would not fit a build a bear teddy. No reply.

Pretty shabby service all round.

Hope this helps
