@Silly Hat - you will not believe the latest. I received an Email a couple of hours ago to say that my complete order was ready for collection from the club shop, can I come in and collect as a mater of urgency. So I expressed my surprise by return email and tried to establish the full situation... a few emails back and forth where upon I was asked to call to shop.
So, I tried to call 4 times but Peter Gilham kept telling me the shop wasn't open today and he kept hanging up on me...
Eventually I got them to call me and to my surprise they did have my complete order picked.... 'no wait, sorry just checked only got one of the GK tops, seems the order was miss picked...'. so let me get this straight ... 'you've picked the order twice, but both times incorrectly??' Ah, 'yeah, sorry. No hold on, just found a second one, will post out to you tomorrow'... So, likely someone else will miss out on that for their child.
So it seems that my online order for overseas posting was picked incorrectly twice or three times, there was the entire order waiting for collection in TW8 whilst I received 90% here... heaven help us as we get busier...
Lets see if the boys finally get their tops, a mere 3 months after order; update to follow...
