Please can I mention my beloved Miriam. I found myself bawling at the final whistle so happy and proud and yet so sad that she isn’t here to share this with me.

But thank you God for giving me - and all of us a wonderful day.

Alexander Smith, my grandad who along with my uncle @seanrs first got me hooked on the Bees.
The man who my little boy is named after...Alexander Griffin Richards

My little one shed a tear when Pontus and Peter lifted the trophy 🥰🥰🥰

Became a Bee and witnessed the earlier glory days. Fierce supporter who maintained they could beat Man U
Any day of the week, even when in the lower reaches of the fourth division.

You were spoilt though having the honour to see Andy Ansah and Leo Fortune West in their prime 😊

Joyce Neate, Keith Loring and Winnie (Really!) helped me so much with the Aussie Bees Review in the pre Internet days it wasn't funny - this day is for every Bees fan ❤❤❤

'Like' but hope you now accept the good wishes of other clubs better in the future!

My dear old man, 87 and thankfully still with us, his claim to fame is he knocked himself out on the foodlight pylon when he was a kid and woke up in the changing room being looked after by the medical team. Not been able to see too much of him this last year due to Covid and living not so nearby, when I did see him at Christmas he muttered "I will most probably be gone by the time we get up" I phoned him on the final whistle and he had been listening on the radio and was sooooooo happy, God bless you Dad x

My grandad don’t know when he started going but born in Brentford in 1906, took my dad before the war and dad took me, we all enjoyed the first part of the train journeys 71/72ish, hated Hull even then, and as I mentioned on the other thread, my dad doesn’t really understand what’s happening, so him as well.

Not to someone from the past, but the future. I've just seen little Woody at Waterloo. He was so happy having seen Brentford win.

Here's to Woody and seeing Brentford take on Ollie Watkins next year in the Premier League
