Jason Roberts grew up in Harlesden and is the nephew of a good friend of mine. I used to also meet and chat to his mother on the Bakerloo line from Harelesden. I shouldn't have a problem 'persuading' Jason to vote for TF.

Wasn’t it Robert’s that received many different missiles from Hate corner while playing for Bristol Rovers? I seem to remember some aggressive crotch grabbing in our direction?

Is there anything football related in this country that Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher aren't involved in anymore?

I'm surprised they aren't employed by the FA to tell the groundstaff how to cut the grass at Wembley.

Pair of pricks.

Nominated for Manager of the Season .. Well done, Thomas!
Forwarded it to Mrs Andy Mc for her to do the dutiful.
She was disappointed that she couldn’t vote for ‘that Chelsea manager’.
She thinks he needs cheering up 🤣

I think Potter deserves to be in place of Howe, but it's great that TF is recognised.

Time to get campaigning then! However I suspect we've already lost Kenny D's vote. Possibly Shearer's too
Kelly Cates will do what her dad tells her too

..............just had Harry on the phone.............
Having stood near him at many an away game our Potter doesn’t need a phone, he can just shout.

Given that the vote will skewed by the size of each club's fan-base, it's got to be Bielsa!
Unfortunately none of the Leeds managers are on the final list. So given our inherent disadvantage due to our smaller fanbase what about we embark on a charm offensive to get Leeds fans to lend their vote to TF? Just a thought...

Public vote
The public have the chance to play a role, too, helping to decide the winners in the categories of player, manager and goal.

The public's votes cast in each category will represent 10 per cent of the total votes and will be combined with those of the panel (and captains, for the player award).

So they could prove crucial in deciding who will receive the awards.

Looking at past winners it’s bound to go to Klopp or Pep.

That masterclass by TF against Everton should only help getting more votes. Spot on with the subs and all perfectly timed and executed. Brilliant

I just stumbled across this little gem from three months ago. I wonder if the "experts" at Sky Sports still would rank Thomas Frank and Patrick Vieira among the worst 4 managers in the Premier League 🤣 (Frank is mentioned from 4:23)

He clearly deserves the nomination and the award, however I think we all know he won’t win.

It just doesn’t work like that unfortunately.

Jeez, those guys should be embarrassed. For their views firstly, for one guy thinking he was Gareth Ainsworth and for one guy being a grown up wearing bright yellow trainers.

"I don't think he'll be there long-term" :ROFLMAO:

People just haven’t got a frigging clue, have they?

So far, for me anyway, Alan Shearer has “got us” and what we’re about. The rest? Pointless.

You're probably right about Shearer. It's just a shame that he can't string more than half a dozen words together without either umming or ahing or repeating what he's just said!

I never think he's got much to say but he really did seem to understand that, against Everton, Thomas changed personnel, formations, tactics and style of play during the game based on being behind, taking control and later defending a lead against an arial onslaught with added tumbling.

Gary Neville went down a few notches at the Spurs game for saying a number of times that CE needed to go to a bigger club.
I didn't hear that, but it seems to be a consensus of opinion in many different parts.
It's a massive talking point in Football at the moment tbh.

Gary Neville has made many positive comments about us through out the season and they out weigh any negativity.
I still like the fella.

In reality,he is not going to get into the top 2 places, but it will be an injustice if he fails to get 3rd place

He has done very good job and exceeded all expectation. Not manager of season, but the job he has done won’t get the credit it deserves due to Ill feeling towards Newcastle/their owners.

Might have been Mark Walters, but it was fully deserved as he give it the biggie to New Road.

Just spotted this on TF’s Wiki:

“Dean Smith and Thomas Frank are reportedly the joint-lowest earners (£1.5m each) among the Premier League managers. But they could be among the highest-earning bosses in the Championship next season as Norwich and Brentford are both prime candidates for relegation.23 Feb 2022”

only 3 months ago, aged badly hasn’t it?
