I tend to agree with this. I love TF and he clearly hates losing , and it’s heat of the moment, but you have to be able to set an example in controlling emotions when in a battle and adversity

Agree 100%. I understand the frustration he is feeling; us fans and his players are feeling it as well. But he's the Captain of the ship as it were and he needs to not let his emotions get the better of him.

Who knows with that useless clown. He got so much wrong in the game that I wouldn't have put it past him to have misheard "good game ref" and got the red card out!
Rather than making excuses Thomas why don’t you actually take responsibility for the dire football we’re currently playing. Yeh the ref was poor but it was not his doing that we conceded 2 stupid goals on the break once again.

What does it achieve at the end of the game when we deserved nothing. He’s fantastic but doesn’t need to resort to tactics and outbursts like warnock.
FWIW Warnock outbursts meant nothing in the Prem as he always got relegated. Thomas is better then that.

Yes lost two important players. And the two he brought on did sod all.
Love Thomas. But hope he doesn’t mention budgets and us being a bus stop again for a long while. I can understand why oppo fans get annoyed at him as they don’t see all his intelligence and brilliance and they just hear him banging the same drum over and over. We know we’re small, media know we’re small - stop using it as justification in interviews.

You could sense pressure is slightly getting to him following the united game, I'm glad he let his frustration out today but he must be brave as he was last year and change systems that works best for the players we have.

TF will have deserved a new contract only if he can provide leadership and keep the club in the PL. That is the absolute and overwhelming need.
At the moment, and based on recent matches, that is beginning to look questionable.
Otherwise, it is a reward for failure and
there is no room for sentiment in a heavily results driven business.
I know this view will be contrary to many posters on here, but TF's priority is to keep the Club in the PL.
If he does that he will have succeeded beyond most peoples expectations and should be handsomely rewarded.

Got the subs badly wrong this time unfortunately. Starting to look v stressed. Think he can see it's all going a bit the wrong way at the moment.
Agree with you of course stability is important but contract extension while we're sliding down the table with 6 losses in 7 doesn't sit right with me. His current deal runs until 2023 why can't we wait until the end of the season?

I’d imagine his frustration was partly due to the ref, partly due to our poor performance, partly down to key players injuring each other and partly due to him knowing it’s getting tight at the foot of the table.
4 defeats on the spin. 12 goals shipped. Away to City and Arsenal on the horizon. We’re in danger of going in to key games against the current bottom 4 with zero momentum. Whereas the likes of Norwich and Newcastle will be buoyed by their recent results.

Thomas is fortunate he has MB as his boss who is not a knee jerk type of guy, however sometimes big decisions have to be made. But the fact is there probably isn't another manager who could do any better with group of players. He just doesn't have enough PL level players to choose from.

Thomas Frank: The minimum we deserved was a point not a loss
Thomas Frank was frustrated that his side were undone by two mistakes against Wolves but praised his sides mentality despite the result and felt they deserved at least a point from the game
Interesting that he mentioned Lössl should have done better. I agree.

Don't like the way Thomas belittle us in press conferences before and after games by saying with have lowest budget shouldn't be on same pitch. all other teams have spent millions just a bus stop in Hounslow ect.
We have earned the right to be were we are and compete on a level playing field line he is putting in excuses before we have lost surely can't give our players the confidence they need we need a bigger mind set.

The guy needs help not sure Brian is helping much .He again had words/gestures with Mexican guy who supposed to have tactics sorted
