Appreciate that a lot of this has been covered in the Leicester ticketing thread (perhaps those posts should be moved here?) but the biggest frustrations I currently have with the ticketing system (apart from Away fans being able to get their hands on tickets in the home areas by continuing to purchase memberships which makes the below even worse.............) are a s follows:
  • Being told a ticket is 'no longer available' when you have selected it and gone straight to your basket to pay. Surely once selected, no-one else should also be able to select it, and you should have x minutes to complete the purchase, before it is re-released for selection?
  • The ground overview map showing blocks that apparently have availability, but when you go to the 'select seat' option no available seats are displayed.
  • Inability to purchase a single seat if it's next to another due to 'orphan seat' rule. Surely once there are limited numbers available this rule should be disabled?

I know I should know this, but I can't find any info on the BFC website.
Be kind.

The tickets that are put up for sale on Ticket Exchange, do they get listed on the BFC ticketing website and you just keep logging on as a member on the BFC ticketing website and buy from there if available? You don't actually buy from the Ticket Exchange site.

Different place of course!

Trying to call the ticket phoneline.
In the queue, nice psychedelic music, 'thank you for your patience', round and round and round, getting close to the front (4th is best so far) ..... then nothing.
Silence.
Time and time again.
Anyone else have the same issues?
Anyone know a solution please?

Yes, someone has reported this to me via WhatsApp. They only got to 5th though.

In my account it's still giving me the option to put it on the exchange.
Have sent an email, if I don't get a reply I think a trip to the box office may be the best option.

Received an email today, to say my ticket had been sold on the exchange.
Only problem is I haven't put one up for sale.

You haven't listed your ticket for any matches?

All sorted now.

Turns out it was one of my F & F members who put his Norwich ticket on there.

Thanks for the info, the club are working on improving the emails so we will check if this one is on the list.

Including the name of the ticket holder shouldn't be too difficult.

Did you all buy your Season Tickets together? And if so were you the purchaser?

Sure this one has reared head before. Went to purchase tickets on membership but put security code of card in wrong and then rather than let you try and enter again it says order not fulfilled and in progress.

Get an email 15 minutes saying tickets cancelled and now sold out

Tried to rectify quickly by calling box office but no answer

Finally got through at my fourth attempt today :)
First three calls were with my 'smart' phone but each time the call was 'dropped'.
Went 'old school' with my land-line for the 4th go and worked a treat.
Suggest others go that route and advise if I was just lucky or not.

Felt sorry for the poor bloke on the end, he must meet a lot of frustrated fans.

The service on the phone has been really good, patient and helpful each time I’ve used it. The website has been good enough and improving that I’ve bought Villa, Wolves, Burnley, Stoke and Everton tickets online

Hi there has anyone managed to get their tickets for a match with the QR code on the fanscore Bees App?

I've tried it and it really isn't ready for wider use, would be interesting to know if it's our implementation or FanScore itself but it was an appallingly bad user experience.

Asking on behalf of member friends

Does anyone know if a member can buy two tickets through the exchange in one transaction, for two members?

Situation -
There are at least two members in friends and family group
Neither has already purchased for this game, yet
When trying to select two available seats and add to basket, it seems not to work

I wondered if anyone done this recently and has any feedback. I will ask them to call the ticket office if there is no obvious trick.

Don't think so. Neither can you list a ticket on the exchange except for one's own.

I have two season tickets for me and my eldest son, neither of us can make tomorrows match and my sister and brother-in-law were going to go. They have pulled out last minute, I've been able to put my ticket on the exchange but under the exchange option my sons ticket doesn't appear. I purchased both season tickets and can see both under My Tickets and Season Tickets but can't work out how and if I can put my sons ticket on the exchange. Does anyone know the answer to whether I can do this?

Only the ticket holder can put it on the exchange.

You will need to use your son's account to list it. If he doesn't have one it's probably a bit late unfortunately.

Could convert it to a pdf and sell it to someone on here if too short notice to sort out issues with exchange/account (not sure if that has to be done on the account too, mind)

Thanks all, I'll see if I can contact my son and get him to put it up on the exchange, I'd rather do it via the exchange as then assume the club is responsible for whoever it gets sold to, assuming it gets sold at this late hour.

I managed to get hold of my son and both tickets now on the exchange, so that's two together in W231 for anyone interested
