So far this seaso, I haven't gone to an away game, however, there are a couple shortly that I want to go to (I have approx 3900 TAP's).

I know the club sends out an email and you have to 'click' to buy tickets. Presumably, you are then sent to a page to enter bank card details etc. Do you then go to print your ticket (as you do for a 'home' cup match) or do you get a paper ticket? If the latter, is it posted to you or do you have to go to the box office at he BCS to collect it?

Could a fellow GPGer tell me the procedure?

Many thanks.

You get them sent in the post. Pretty much all away tickets are paper based. All transactions by credit card.

All away games have been paper tickets posted out. I guess you can request to pick up at ticket office if you prefer ?

I wish you luck. Don't forget to choose £1 for posting otherwise you will never see your ticket and never be told why.

I never get one. 4,000+ TAPS
Have you got a ticketing account with your current email address linked to it? Might be worth checking your spam folder if you’ve never had any emails from the club about away tickets.

Subject to posts above, you should get an email saying that you all able to buy (I do). At 3,900 TAPs you should always be in the first tranche

I have and I still don’t receive any emails. Ever.

I had this for years, where I just wouldn't get emails despite ticking yes multiple times... Effectively there were two contact preference boxes, one separate from the one on your account settings. If that one was unticked, then it would overwrite your preferences and you would receive nothing.

The final sentence here allows you to contact the club to change that: Reminder that emails sent to match ticket holding fans

I did that and then started receiving emails shortly afterwards.
