You have if you have a frozen ST but for some reason despite being computer literate enough to post on here and on facebook seem unable to use it.

Or, you haven’t because, as you posted on here, you can’t remember whether you actually renewed your ST this year and have assumed you had done so automatically. If in fact you haven’t, it’d explain why you’ve not received any of the communications from the club about arrangements for watching matches. If this is the case, all your complaints boil down to being that the club does not employ mindreaders to enable them to provide personal service to former STHs who’ve followed the Bees since the 1950s.
Not sure about s/tkt,think I am a member

If you are not s/tkt, and there is no membership scheme in place, then you stand no chance of seeing a Brentford match this season in the currant climate.

Very well put. Impressed.

Life member of what? Regardless of what it is, it will count for sh*t these days and I think you are gradually beginning to realise that.

Didn't expect a ticket this time and I am not overly bothered. Should have a chance soon. However, given others were getting tickets for the new ground with less 'history' than me who knows?

Hang on, you've been moaning on here for months about getting some sort of personal invite from the club, you've had plenty of advice or reassurance from others including me on the basis of you appearing to be a STH, and yet you cant even be bothered to contact the club to see if you are actually one?

Which seems somewhat unlikely if you haven't asked them to renew it for you. I've never known the club to auto-renew season tickets.

I give up, wallow in your self-made misery.

Are you in an SL post code, if so you may be on the naughty list and may have to contact the club.

I am still waiting, radio silence. I sent another email a few hours ago saying I think I have been wrongly affected by the post code error, please just confirm this is being looked into so I can relax. Would it really be that difficult to drop an email to all ST holders in SL and say yes, we are aware of you and we are sorting it out. Maybe they think they have covered this.

An update for the Tier 3 people. Club have reinstated and contacted all those that should've been eligible for the Blackburn game and are now working through in match order.

I would like to be in a position whereby someone took 500 quid out of my account for a ST and I didn't even notice. Also we all know you had to visit the club to sort out a ticket at the new ground, they can't auto renew your ticket in the old ground as it isn't there anymore, I am sure Mori knows this and pretending its all a bit confusing for him is just nonsense.

Dugout season ticket holder here. Just been phoned up by the club and offered a ticket for the Derby match which i have gratefully accepted!

A controversial opinion perhaps, but faultless service from the club, in my view.

May I suggest that you all ignore Moribee. Unfortunately for him he lives in a Tier3 area, and he also knows that he does.

Same here mate, nothing so far....

Amongst our lot some have had emails confirming they have a ticket for Blackburn, others have had emails saying they may have tickets for Reading or Bournemouth, and one has had email saying that due to being in a Tier 3 region he won’t be getting tickets, but 2 of us have had nothing at all..... hoping this means we are getting Derby tickets but that may be wishful thinking?

I've just emailed club but assuming they may be a tad busy!

Tier 3 email:

As you know we are opening the stadium to a limited number of supporters this Saturday. Unfortunately, our records show that you live in an area affected by Tier 3 Coronavirus restrictions. Government regulations do not permit people to leave a Tier 3 area except when essential. We cannot therefore invite you to attend a football match as a necessary activity.

Your support remains extremely important to us and we will continue to monitor this situation. As soon as your area is permitted to attend live matches we will add you back to the list of fans who can attend. You will retain your original position in our priority list and will be placed ahead of those that have already attended a match.

We have manually checked all addresses for tiering information
, however if you believe you’ve been incorrectly placed in this group, please email tickets@brentfordfc.com.

I also emailed yesterday but nothing back yet. As a dugouter, does everyone get a call saying yes or no, or is it just the yes, therefore do we get an email advising when we may be in line...

Will he need a passport for when he visits Staines?

Sorry Mori how can you not know whether you have a season ticket or not?
A day or so ago he said that he'd been a STH since 1959 and only missed one season in the mid 80's. I'm assuming he's on sort of wind up.

End of the day;
We will all be able to go to the stadium eventually and it’s sounding just like a human error, so whilst being mindful of this and not wanting to come across too precious.

I do think they could of handled this better, fair enough they can’t turn around emails straight away, but surely they could send out a blanket email or at least answer there phones? Just so we know what is happening and plan the upcoming weekend.

What good is it having a customer service team who never answer there phones? Even before this, it’s always such an ordeal getting through to the ticket office.

Not blaming the staff in there, just think they need a hand and the club need to take some responsibility.

I am no expert in database management but there are some clear flaws/bugs in what is currently being used. I have had no email on any options but my 13 year old daughter has. I have opted in for BFC comms but not partners, however when it comes to renewing my ST I get an email without fail.
This is my user experience and it has been like this for a while, that my daughter tells me what is happening. What frustrates is when these forms of communications are highlighted by the club on social media and you feel you are missing out through no fault on my side(as far as I know). I do have a heavy dose of perspective on this, there are many other things that are more concerning in the world today, but I have contacted the ticket office to clarify. COY🐝

Just got a call offering a dug out ticket, my mate got the same call yesterday but was told they were only calling successful dug out season ticket holders.

Really? How do unsuccessful dugoutters know they haven't been called?

The Club ain’t that bad in the end eh?!

Yes, we’re only a few on here but after the Club and BIAS picked up that there were some issues, with postcodes, they soon put it right after holding back some tickets.

Now Dug out ST holders are getting calls.

In the end, great work. Even if there could’ve been a better way at the beginning with postcode blocking.

I understood that there was a commitment to email everyone to tell them i) what games they would likely to have to wait to and ii) that they were in Tier 3 (or within 50 miles of a T3)

Likewise phone calls for the Dugout and PSTs.

Who are the club not emailing or calling?
