The Club ain’t that bad in the end eh?!

Yes, we’re only a few on here but after the Club and BIAS picked up that there were some issues, with postcodes, they soon put it right after holding back some tickets.

Now Dug out ST holders are getting calls.

In the end, great work. Even if there could’ve been a better way at the beginning with postcode blocking.
Still no email here.

I understood that there was a commitment to email everyone to tell them i) what games they would likely to have to wait to and ii) that they were in Tier 3 (or within 50 miles of a T3)

Likewise phone calls for the Dugout and PSTs.

Who are the club not emailing or calling?
I don't know, but plenty of people have reported not recieving anything.

Hang on, you've been moaning on here for months about getting some sort of personal invite from the club, you've had plenty of advice or reassurance from others including me on the basis of you appearing to be a STH, and yet you cant even be bothered to contact the club to see if you are actually one?

Which seems somewhat unlikely if you haven't asked them to renew it for you. I've never known the club to auto-renew season tickets.

I give up, wallow in your self-made misery.
No self made misery here just enlightenment. Think you may need to get help though if depressed. Good dialogue and thankyou for being there.

No idea what makes you think I'm depressed.

I'm in the dugout. Still heard nothing. However, given there are only 2,000 places I was never THAT hopeful, even though I've been a STH for a few years and a member for many years before that. It's worth remembering that there would be more severe repercussions if the club issued too many tickets than too few. I'll only get cross if I've heard nothing after three games...

An update for the Tier 3 people. Club have reinstated and contacted all those that should've been eligible for the Blackburn game and are now working through in match order.
That’s good news.
Hope they have looked beyond Slough and Kent.
We live in the East Cheshire council area which is T2 but our post code is SK which stands for Stockport which is T3 and is about 12 miles away.

Have premium seat holders been contacted yet?

While I certainly don't expect to be in the first few games, some form of correspondence wouldn't go amiss. I would quite like the email suggesting the games it's likely you could attend.

It would certainly help with organising my shifts.

Thanks in advance 🙏

I know that some PSTs have been contacted. No idea if there are any to get through however.

Just spoke to the ticket office.

SL season ticket holders in Tier 2, we will receive an email shortly explaining what happened.

No ticket for me on Saturday, hopefully Derby or Reading.

Enjoy.

Slightly off topic but tickets say doors open at 13:30 - will there be any other info about arriving - staggered arrival times etc....or will everyone just arrive at 14:55 !
There’s only 2k fans there NOT 17250 !!! ...I’m sure all sensible fans will be able to get in the ground at whatever time whatever route they want without the club telling them how to do it LOL can we please keep a sense of perspective about this whole thing pretty please as we already have enough big brother Covid state mentsllness already to deal with

ID card checks, social distancing, new ticketing system, mobile tickets, unattended turnstiles.

If you think you can rock up at 2.59 then you'd better hope we don't score in the first twenty minutes.

Is there going to be a lane like there is at airport security for Business Class?

Sounds joyful. Sure it will be better than that. Got to storm the away end to christen the ground.
I’m not so sure squire....can you imagine the amount of jumped up little hitlers/Stalin Security/police/stewards/officials/council etc etc etc who will take great delight in making the whole process as joyless as humanely possible...these lot have been waiting to get revenge on Ordinary football fans for years :( I I only hope we win the game for sanity’s sake LOL

Just consider yourself lucky that there's no away fans and Lancashire's finest constabulary aren't joining us.

We've got Met horses coming along to sh*t everywhere though.

My Dad just got a call and has got a ticket for Blackburn (Dugout STH) yay. Still no word of any sort for me though and I fully expect not to be going now which I don't mind at all but an email like all other STH's have received giving me a little bit of expectation as to when I may attend would be very gratefully received, and not to much to ask I don't think.

How does one know when this is over and other plans can be made for Saturday?

He only let me know via text but used the words 'good news I have one, bad news I am going on my own' . I have assumed he asked if I was going to get a ticket and told probably not. Not sure exactly how the call went as at work and haven't had a chance to call him. I do have to print his ticket off for him though which he felt a bit guilty about asking lol

BFC correctly identified me as being in a Tier 3 zone. I had already told them that I would not be going until, hopefully, until later in the season.

How long have you lived in Houghton Regis I live in Sundon Regis
Not familiar with Sundon Regis? Been here since 1987 I believe (I was about 4-5 at the time), minus a few years in Dunstable and Crewe.
