I take it the longevity bit is only when you have an adult season ticket as my 2 eldest have had season tickets for nearly 20 years , Ok 7 of this years as an adult , They like me have been offered Derby or Reading which is fine , no drama , Not a moan or rant before anybody gets excited , Just a question if anybody knows ? Not bothering the ticket office .
You may find that the earlier years are in your name or on a different account, I had this with my son when we were trying to get tickets for the new ground, they had lost the record of his earlier season ticket as apparently it was registered in my name. Odd as I had it in my hand and it was clearly his name, but we got our correct place in the queue so it didnt matter in the end.

Got a call from the club this afternoon to say they’d sorted out my greyed out friends and family issue. And they had indeed. Fair play to them!

No call or email here if it makes anyone feel better 😎
Cue panic at BFC with rushed photo of Cliff and Nity on official site smiling at camera whilst putting in conference call to Banana

Seems odd that they’re phoning all the premium STs rather than email. I guess the plan was to offer a better service but in the end phoning lots of people just takes a lot longer! I’m sure the premium STs would rather just have got an email and got it over and done with!

o_O :owusu: Bizarre news. The other day I got an email saying I had missed the boat for Blackburn and would more than likely get a ticket for the Reading or Derby game. Just checked my emails and a ticket offer came through and I duly snapped it up. I am now going with all the other hangers on.

Just had a totally unexpected email offering Jr and I tickets for Saturday. We are 7 years as ST (inc this) so was expecting to turn down an offer for Derby (school night) and go to Reading.

Its been a horrid week for him but as I sit in Southampton General waiting for him to be discharged he could not be more thrilled.

Having not received an email due to an SL postcode to then receiving an email saying Derby or Reading, I've just received an email saying I can book for Blackburn, which I have. I'm guessing they have an excess number of tickets that they now need to shift.

The club said to me earlier that there were no additional tickets or any chance of thst happening when I spoke to them.

Like a few above also got an unexpected ticket now for Saturday. Yeaterday was the 2nd anniversary of my mum passing so its not been a great week but my mood changed so quickly today and I can't wait to be there now on Saturday. I didn't even check where my ticket is for in my rush to claim it 😂

Could I please speak to someone from bias. Just been advised by mate who has less tap points then me and season ticket for less time that he has a ticket and I don't. The club is not answering any calls so I can't speak to them directly

When did you get the email? and what does "System will not let me complete process" actually mean? Screenshots are best.

Hi Banana,

As you know, we are opening the stadium to a limited number of supporters this Saturday. We have allocated priority based on how long supporters have held Season Tickets. Unfortunately you were not allocated priority for Saturday’s match and The Dugout is now fully booked for this fixture.

However we look forward to welcoming you soon as we will be rotating the priority for all of our Dugout Season Ticket Holders and we will be in touch soon regarding which game you are able to attend.

Based on the length of time you’ve been a Season Ticket Holder, you can expect to attend one of the following games (This is an estimation and will be subject to change dependant on Coronavirus restrictions and variances in household groups):

9 - 8 years - Derby County on Wednesday 9 December
7 years - Reading on Saturday 19 December
6 - 2 years - Reading on Saturday 19 December or Bournemouth on Wednesday 30 December
1 year - Bournemouth on Wednesday 30 December or Bristol City on Saturday 2 January

Finally a personal note from our Chairman: 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

TAPs don't count. Not sure why you mention them?!

Yes he (Mark Crown)asked me if I was interested in any other future games coming up.I told him that Im only interested when we all go back so pass it along to others who are interested and thanked him for the call.
Thanks Bill that's helpful. I'd like to go to a game, but would prefer midweek.

Seriously bad news, I do mean it, you can still meet up with a few of us for pre match drinks on the park bench on Kew Green.
I've got a table booked in The Express!

Sorry Banana I was unsuccessful 3 times the process did not complete. I then tried again and it worked. So all good. Last attempt the format was different? I'm not a technophobe, it was all odd. Ok now.

Because when I spoke to the club this morning they said it was season ticket longeatvity. Then if it was the same whoever had highest taps would be first.

So why is your friend going? Are you sure that you have had a season ticket for longer than them?

Yes because the only season I didn't have one in about 15 years was the one where we got promoted. He didn't have one then either. Think it might be the same length of time as he probably got one that season but believe missed one when he moved away.
