The people receiving invites to Blackburn mean there are people on the initial list who didn't take up the offer by last night's deadline right? This means for everyone who thinks they are further down the queue to keep an eye out for the day after future deadline as this will keep happening and they might be pleasantly surprised

Yes because the only season I didn't have one in about 15 years was the one where we got promoted. He didn't have one then either. Think it might be the same length of time as he probably got one that season but believe missed one when he moved away.
There are too many "thinks" and "probablys" in that for me for you to be accusing the club of giving people access when they should be lower down in the queue. You would need to confirm exact details surely before coming to those conclusions.

You are using words such as "probably" and "think", so I don't think I can uphold your complaint.

Complaint dismissed!

Exactly. Not sure how people can make so many assumptions and then get upset about it.

I appreciate that but I know for a fact that I have had one for the same amount of time and that I have a vastly higher TAP then he does. It's always harder when your emotions are involved tho.

If you have the same length of Season Ticket service, then you stand an equal chance of being drawn out of the hat.

Hi Banana,

As you know, we are opening the stadium to a limited number of supporters this Saturday. We have allocated priority based on how long supporters have held Season Tickets. Unfortunately you were not allocated priority for Saturday’s match and The Dugout is now fully booked for this fixture.

However we look forward to welcoming you soon as we will be rotating the priority for all of our Dugout Season Ticket Holders and we will be in touch soon regarding which game you are able to attend.

Based on the length of time you’ve been a Season Ticket Holder, you can expect to attend one of the following games (This is an estimation and will be subject to change dependant on Coronavirus restrictions and variances in household groups):

9 - 8 years - Derby County on Wednesday 9 December
7 years - Reading on Saturday 19 December
6 - 2 years - Reading on Saturday 19 December or Bournemouth on Wednesday 30 December
1 year - Bournemouth on Wednesday 30 December or Bristol City on Saturday 2 January

Finally a personal note from our Chairman: 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
If you're a fairly new season ticket holder disappointed you can't get inside the stadium this weekend; whilst having to wait, ironically you end up attending a bigger top of the table clash over the Christmas/New Year period. There are positives for every ST holder with the system they've used, if you have to wait then B'mouth in particular might end up being the game of the season with Bristol City not far behind it.

Less than an hour ago you were certain you'd had one for longer though...

It's understandable to be frustrated, console yourself that you ain't a Chelsea fan or another club who aren't bothering with any kind of "fair" system.

Yes I do understand the frustration - I am a similar situation - just missed the ST length of service cut but do have a vast number of TAPs.

Desperately hoping to be in for Derby though as the first night game with fans - not quite the same as the first proper game but would suit me just fine.

Maybe we're heading for attending 1 in 4 games now?

I just recieved a call from the club to say I will get a ticket as i was in the qualifying criteria but placed in the wrong tranche.

I can be an emoitional self entitled ***** (that's depression for you) at times so I deserve any abuse I get on here.

Hmmm. This is clearly a contentious issue. But I confess to being happy: I received the hard luck email on Tuesday - which is fair enough, as i have only had my ST this time round since 2014 - but today i had the 'Spaces available' email, so bought them up pdq. But i do sympathise with those who fell foul of a rather hurriedly put together system.

I'm consoling myself I'll be in the stadium on the "first weekend fans are allowed" by buying a London Irish ticket for Sunday; hoping for Reading but will be happy with B'mouth game. Obviously would love to be there on Saturday but I respect I just don't have the required years.

2014???? 😣😣😣😣

I've had a season ticket longer than that! I think.

I know!!! You pay 4 times as much, been a STH longer, and don't get a ticket 😂 🤣
You need to shout and scream a bit more 🍌. It seems if you do that enough and cry about it loudly, then you might get a phone call.

Unless you're Mori.

Just got the nod with an email this afternoon, following originally being told I was unsuccessful. Interestingly my folks who both are season ticket holders got told they have tickets after saying they weren't going to attend. They've rejected them so wondering whether others were in a similar position?

Those that have had emails/tickets confirmed, has there been any mention of parking?

I vaguely remember some on here mentioning that the club might be trying to source parking for each game? Not sure if I imagined that...

Just trying to plan ahead assuming I'm lucky enough to be picked for Derby or Reading.

Sounds like you have had a season ticket less time than myself and I wasn’t offered a ticket for this weekend. If your mate has been offered one it’s probably a fluke (or more likely an error at BFC) and not that you’ve been missed out. I reckon you’ve a good chance of Derby or Reading.

He now has a ticket via a personal phonecall from the club (don't think it was Benham, but you never know). Scream and shout at the right people and you will get sorted.

I like the way the club address you as ‘Hi Banana’! (I realise they probably didn’t but it made my chuckle anyway.)

Has anyone had their emails with details of the day?
I haven't.

I saw on an earlier post from hobbsy about needing some form of id so i'm presuming passport/driving licience etc.

I think that's why, there's less space there due to the red zone restrictions.
Ah I see, ok mate thats a good shout

Bit weird (aka bloody annoying!!) that people who've had STs for less years get to go, buy hey, fingers crossed for Derby now...

I’m also in the dugout and have just received the same email Banana showed. My 7 years may get me into Reading game but if ST was in other stands it sounds like 7 years would get an earlier game. Seems odd given that it was stated earlier that you would not necessarily have a ticket in the same stand as your ST.
I’m fairly relaxed personally as realise it’s almost impossible to have a perfectly fair system but it does seem an anomaly which may upset some.

I think it's actually that the average tenure of those in the Dugout is longer than those elsewhere in the ground.

And I've just realised that dugout probabky has more peoplem with ST longer than me than other areas of ground, hence why I not

Yeah I guess it's a consequence of fewer 8yr+ GA's Vs Dugout Holder's wanting to go. And also the club wanting to keep Dugout'ers in The Dugout.

Maybe they should've asked Dugout'ers on the phone if they were happy to go in a cheaper seat.

And maybe fewer Dugout people didn't turn down their initial offer than appears may have been the case for the wider ST population?
Anyway, what fun, this whole process starts again soon with the allocation for the Derby game.
As an aside, in the same way as we can see how many TAPs we have, I wonder whether the club could tell ST holders' their 'seniority date', maybe even their place in the pecking order?

I'm sure you would but you would still have to pay 1/23rd of your ticket cost back next year.

I'm sure some wouldn't be happy with that.

As I was earlier today. I got an email and decided to take up the offer. Can't wait.

Still no email, however I eventually had one email from the club saying I didn't allow emails from the club on my settings but I received the survey okay asking if I would be happy to go and when I checked on my account, had selected allow emails from the club.

So not sure...

Hopefully, I haven’t upset anyone today, but I had a couple of those annoying scam calls, so when the third unknown call came in with an initial silence and lots of background chatting in the line, I briefly and succinctly told them not to waste my time!

Just hope they weren’t about to say, would you like to go to see The Bees this weekend!

Got the email & a phone call from the ticket office, managed to get two tickets.
Just got to work out where to park etc
Anyone know if I can access the North Stand directly if I approach the ground from the Great West Road side?
