Interested in this answer. I believe you remain a priority until you take a ticket but confirmation would be good.
Been directed to this (thanks @Simon W), which I think means we have priority for 3 games, then to the back.

So I should still have priority for Derby or Reading, my uncle has been told Derby or Reading in that case we should be able to attend a game at the same time, he can travel with me but not sit with me and we go back to the queue together and should come out again together in future.

Apparently but many with SL postcodes don't. Its not up to the club to decide this. Never been to Slough nor intend to. Regardless.......I feel it would have been courtesy to communicate not just ignore. Its not the clubs job to monitor my movements or discriminate against others.
So you are in the borough of Slough and therefore Tier 3 and therefore not allowed to travel outside the borough for non-essential purposes. It may be unfair but it is fairly simple.
Blame Boris not the club. The club have communicated that those living in Tier 3 areas will not be invited to attend (that’s you apparently). Agree it would be useful (in case any have been mistakenly identified as Tier 3 as seems to be the case) if the club sent individual emails to those they are assuming are Tier 3.
BTW, that’s a lot of essential travel today and tomorrow to Iver, West Drayton, Windsor, Hillingdon and Surrey

I think that’s the point, if the club wrongly have you on a not welcome due to COVID tier list then you wouldn’t see 1 in 5 games. You’d see none. The problem isn’t necessarily getting to the first game, it’s being incorrectly excluded which impacts all games moving forwards and having zero contact about it.
That’s why I said Covid restrictions and Tiers permitting. If you are in Tier 3 now or in the future you will not be able to go full stop. Assuming the cock up is sorted ASAP (hopefully the Devlin years are a distance nightmare 😁😁) you should still see the 1 in 5, be it matches 2, 7, 12 etc or 3, 8, 13 etc. etc instead of 1, 6,11 etc.

Is there anything to stop single tickets being passed on?

I have no intention of doing so but what would stop me giving my ticket for Saturday to someone else if I suddenly couldn’t make it?

For clarity, those who live in areas with tier three Covid-19 restrictions will not be able to attend and fans that replied to our survey saying they do not want to attend at the moment will also be excluded.

from the website yesterday

To those having issues with family members being "greyed out" -

Write an email to tickets@brentfordfc.com. Be very clear about what the issue is, give them fan numbers for everyone involved, make life easy for them. It was sorted for me in about 4 hours. :)

I thought they were insisting on ID with the ticket when you go in.....??

ID will need to be presented for Track and Trace purposes.

All those places are nearer by miles than Slough. I am not anywhere near Slough plus tmrw shopping for elderly couple.

To me it sounds like they’ve downloaded all the entries in an excel form and removed anything with SL in the postcode as it was easier than putting entries in one by one to a website... just guessing.

So to summarise
It's possible to have a Slough postcode and live in Maidenhead, Windsor, Taplow, Burnham, Farnham Common, The Chalfonts, Gerrards Cross, Colnbrook ....... It is a case of as Cheshire Bee states are you paying your council tax to Slough Borough Council ? Many of us who've ranted on here all have Slough post codes but come under, Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, South Bucks, etc. The only certain way to be certain is to use the UK Gov post code Covid checker by inserting your full post-code, I repeat full post-code. I suspect this is the major failing on Brentford FC's part.

This is Paul Minkkinen News At 10
, reporting from Burnham which is mainly in South Bucks (well my bit is), as is my mate Bob's The Bee . Maidenhead Bee is in Maidenhead, as is Bill The Fish Billings we are all in bloody tier 2 repeat bloody tier 2 . We haven't had our emails and we are not happy !!!!!! Brentford FC help us.Rant over...... oh not quite Dave P has a similar issue with a Kent address in Tier 3 - nope . He's in Tier 2. Clear as mud innit.
At the risk of being off topic, what a fabulous surname you have Paul.

Bet that was confusing when they had lockdowns
Too right, like which wartime army you were conscripted to. !!

Incoming Urgent announcement

After much ranting and pontification, on here and elsewhere at precisely 18.00 hours I received an e-mail from Brentford club offering me a Blackburn ticket which I have duly accepted. There is a God ...and he must wear a Brentford shirt !!! May I wish all the incorrectly covid tiered Bees fans, similar success. Hope I don't spill my celebratory beer over the screen watching Bees play Rotherham. Thanks to whoever at the club put things right for me (I have emailed accordingly).

If that was their system (one by one) they have bigger issues anyway, as there is downloadable spreadsheets listing all postcodes by Tier. The crosscheck with the frozen STH database would take about... five minutes to create tops.

Where’s your ticket for? Got mine in North stand.
Picked South Stand. (Refreshed the tickets available for an hour! 🤪). As we probably won’t get a chance to go in there again! 😁😎

The club have to be applauded on their road to not screwing up by expecting to screw up this time and leaving some wiggle room to clean up after themselves. Well done BFC, this shows some growth.

Let's hope everyone affected can have a satisfactory conclusion.

Have any other DugOut members had e-mails yet? I know this was asked earlier but just wondered if things had changed

Wycombe stance
I live in a Tier 3 zone but have been invited to attend. Am I able to do so?
Government guidance suggests that people should avoid travelling between zones unless it is essential; the club are not in a position to enforce this and will leave it to the discretion of each supporter to make this decision

Hope you’re not planning on visiting Staines, we don’t want any of your Slough germs.

Also after much ranting today (and very little sampling happening in my home office this afternoon) at bang on 6pm I got an email inviting me to pick up a ticket for Saturday which I did, so thankfully I will be there on Saturday as well, personally although a 'different' experience I can't wait. Thanks to whoever at the club sorted this issue out and as someone else posted, sensibly left spares and wiggle room for errors such as this. I will still contact the club again at some stage to make sure I am re-registered for a subsequent tranche in 2021 and hopefully to secure a cup game or two IF TAPs are used to prioritise tickets for those games

@ Hobbsy @Banana - thanks for providing a platform where we can share these issues that can quite easily be resolved, COYR

I hope so. I am still waiting.
They can’t do it all in 5 mins but you do start to wonder if your email has been read or slipped through the cracks. Resisting sending another one to give them a chance.

I know, but they still say the historic county of bucks because it used to be.
I was told, when I worked for Slough Estates, that the powers that be wanted to move Slough into Bucks but Berks couldn't afford to lose their income from Slough and fought to keep it in Berks. Not sure that's right or not but seeing as our chairman was the Lord Lieutenant of Bucks I suspect he knew what he was talking about. As I say I dont know for sure and am only going on what I was told.

I’m almost sorted, but not quite. Got an email during tonight’s game - great.

But can’t select the ST holders who live with me and are in my F&F list. They’re greyed out. Have emailed the club.

Interesting, Slough is a real force even today in regards to the economy. Biggest trading estate in Europe, I believe.

Indeed although we / they sold off the retail park by Burnham to Land Securities some years ago and all the offices on the 1 mile Bath Road frontage to just concentrate on traditional industrial and data warehousing. It used to be nearly 500 acres with 650 separate tenants occupying some 2000 buildings employing 20,000 people. It was traditionally used as a indicator of the state of the UK economy. Occupancy high economy good low not so good.

Anyone who hasn't filled in the survey is assumed to be in. No one is excluded for not filling out the survey.
Just seen this mate. No email for me either way.
