Am I right in my assumption that as a dugouter I am grouped in with those 900 only, and therefore a possibility I will get less access to games than those that are general admission ST holders only, with the post above of a three year ST holder receiving a Derby ticket already.
In simple terms I have paid more but am getting less ???
Yes, this was a point I made earlier.

Not necessarily something that could have been foreseen, but if there is a large dislocation between the two groups then the club needs to address it. We could see GA going to 1 in 3 games and the Dugout to 1 in 6 games!

You (they) get food and drink, stop complaining!

In all seriousness the question is whether the % of seats available for the category are the same. Possibly the choice to only open 2 stands had impacted this too

Potentially, yes. I guess the question is should we be offering cheaper seats to Dugout holders. Or would that also cause complaints?
No doubt there would have been moans if they had got to see more games than the plebs, but it's a bit of an anomaly if they get less. Surely possible to come up with a method which gives them a more or less equal chance, if they are happy to take a cheaper seat.

Not seen any truth in this either. Is the bar and concessions in the Dugout open??
Food and drink
We will not be opening the food and drink areas inside the stadium as this may lead to excessive queuing which is high risk, so please do bring along a drink and some snacks if you want to. Please place drinks and snacks in a clear plastic bag and do not bring along any glass bottles or cans as these will not be allowed into the stadium.

Supporters in The Dugout and premium areas may have different rules relating to food and drink and will be contacted separately with further information.

I assume the fancy facilities that come with a premium/dugout seat are mostly not available. Therefore I think it makes more sense that dugout or premium (I don’t know if there the same thing?) should get access to the normal ticket allocation and have the cost deducted at the same pro-rata rate as us regular ST holders (£20 a game or whatever it is, rather than say £50). That seems an easier way to do it IMO.

We did the job. Should get tickets for all games as a thank you!

p.s. I assume you are having a little jape!
Put the fear of Beejayzus into Warburton. Looked close to cracking.

yep, will kindly decline and wait for the reading game.
Do you have to actively decline or does just a no response do that? I'd love to go to LR but unfortunately do not feel comfortable with a) the travel to from and b) to a lesser extent inside the stadium. Also, not sure about having to wear a mask the whole time - will be interested to hear of experiences after Saturday

Just ignore and you'll get asked next time. I think 3 ignores puts you to the back of the queue though.

If this is indeed the case just ask Dugouter's if they are happy to accept a cheaper seat then what they paid for. We could sign a waiver if it is a red tape issue regarding T&C's of the product sold to us. That way those just wanting to see a game ASAP no matter where in the stadium would potentially get a ticket on the status of longevity of ST held like all other STH's, and those of us who won't go unless its in the dugout can wait in line .
Easily done in my head . Probably a bit much to ask in practice what with everything else the club has to think about.

I would have taken any seat Hobbsy, I am pretty sure the majority of dugouters would feel the same....

mmm ok, never ideal these things but hopefully the club can get ahead of this potentially happening....

I'm just guessing by the way. I don't know if that is actually the policy.

Well, 24 hours later and friends and family still greyed out and no response to any of my emails. I expect I will have to wait until Monday, send yet another email and hope I haven't missed the deadline for this game.

I am not going to die in a ditch if I miss the Derby game but it does feel pretty shoddy, first the post code thing and now this one and for all I know it will be greyed out for the next game too and I have yet to receive any form of contact from the club by email or phone.

Can anyone from The Dugout share what they have been told about these different rules relating to food and drink please?
No bar or catering facilities available in the Dugout, nice seat but a bit of a cheek to charge[ i assume] £30 for the privilege.

Question:
2 people in the same household have the same ticket longevity, and therefore qualify for tickets. Only one of them accepts the offer, but buys a ticket for the 2nd as part of the F&F rules.
Does the 2nd person (who 'turned down' their direct invite) go to the top of the queue for the next game, where they could, in theory, reciprocate by purchasing a ticket for person 1 through F&F, thus meaning both get to see 2 games in a row?

I believe that once your fan number has been allocated to a ticket (whether direct or through F&F) you'll go to the back of the queue regardless

Have all the tickets gone for Derby yet?

When are yesterday's lot likely to get in again? Bournemouth or Bristol City?

It was made clear that there would be no facilities available. You didn’t have to accept the invitation and can wait until all facilities are open. It might then have been passed on to someone like me and others who would just love to get into the stadium bar or no bar.

Well smartarse in the email it was stated facilities may be available in premium seats and dugouts, which is probably why Banana asked if there were any.

Just got mine finally after the ticketing website would not allow me to add family. In the original email i was sent said i would most likely get tickets for Reading or Bournemouth, so looks like more fans are choosing not to attend than expected.

Club has said that ALL invitations have been sent out and you have until 4pm to respond.

The lowest tenure STHer that has mentioned it here has been 3 years, so a good chance - so make sure you check!

I have not been contacted (either positively or negatively) about either Blackburn or Derby. I dropped a line to the club this morning to see if I'd slipped through the net, but has anyone else who is a STH had no contact at all?

You should have had an email

Mine arrived on Thu, 3 Dec, at 13:30 - check your Spam folder.
Nope - nothing. I got the original survey email about tickets on 27th Nov, but nothing since. I've emailed the ticket office, so hopefully all will be sorted. Just wondered if anyone else was in the same position (or if I've been singled out!)

I was in row 1 north stand ,down front, last Saturday. What an occasion ( except result).
View was fine, pitch looked immaculate, but wouldn't like to be down front if raining, as the roof doesn't protrude in front above you

I haven’t either but I opted for ‘later in season‘ on the survey.
Saw somebody, @ruislip bee I think, had done same on the survey but had been offered tickets anyway, so have emailed ticket office to check I’m still in the system.
Not heard back yet though.

Yep that was me. Been offered Derby as well as Blackburn but others in our Group were not offered either after declining in the survey. So I suspect an error somehow in my case. The default position is to be offered tickets so I suspect my survey response didn't get through for some reason.

Yes I am in the same position. Did the survey, but no emails for either match and I'm a a dugout STH. I emailed the ticket office and got a semi standard reply that not to worry I'm on the list and wait my turn. My son is also a STH (1 year) and he has been getting emails but not me.
Happy to wait my turn but just nervous I will get missed.

If anyone is worried about missing emails, you can log into your ticket account and check. You do not have to wait for the email.

Would be nice to get confirmation from the club that dugouters are being grouped together and therefore there is potential for GA to get to games ahead of them. I think this needs looking at.
