Would be nice to get confirmation from the club that dugouters are being grouped together and therefore there is potential for GA to get to games ahead of them. I think this needs looking at.
It was confirmed about 2 weeks ago

However, the issue you highlight has been raised with the club who have acknowledged that they will have to monitor the respective take-up in each of the areas.

If anyone is worried about missing emails, you can log into your ticket account and check. You do not have to wait for the email.

Check check check
What does a ticket look like in your account? Mine shows the games from Derby on to the end of the season, in sequence, but I believe that's just my ST allocation.

No ticket contact at all for dugout.

No reply to email and telephone follow up

Yes I am in the same position. Did the survey, but no emails for either match and I'm a a dugout STH. I emailed the ticket office and got a semi standard reply that not to worry I'm on the list and wait my turn. My son is also a STH (1 year) and he has been getting emails but not me.
Happy to wait my turn but just nervous I will get missed.
Sorry to hear that, but glad I’m not the only one!

Nope - nothing. I got the original survey email about tickets on 27th Nov, but nothing since. I've emailed the ticket office, so hopefully all will be sorted. Just wondered if anyone else was in the same position (or if I've been singled out!)
i didn’t get anything after the survey email either. I emailed and got a reply fairly quickly and had a telephone call too. Not got a ticket yet though 😉.

I'm in, didn't expect to be so that's nice (three years on my ST).

Would probably also have delayed for Reading but not in the area then so Derby it is.
I don't understand what is happening here, I paid for a premium seat, been a supporter since 1961, vast majority of time as a season ticket holder regardless of where I've lived and still no offer of a ticket despite registering and available for any game. Still waiting for a reply to my email and now I'm reading that people on here have received ticket offers for Wednesday! I accept you cannot please everyone when restricted to 2000 per game, but makes me wonder re the system for inviting the 2000 to each game.

So you are in the Premium Seat pool. You should have replied to an email, and it appears you did. So you are now in the queue. I am not sure if PSTs are being prioritised by ST tenure (I suspect not), or if they are prioritising larger groups as they can fit more on a table. i.e. if you have no-one at the same address in your F&F then you may be behind families of 4...

No email received or telephone call either. Despite the online form being filled out last week. Season ticket holder in the dugout with over 4,200 Taps.

TAPs don't matter. How many years as a STH?

You (they) get food and drink, stop complaining!

In all seriousness the question is whether the % of seats available for the category are the same. Possibly the choice to only open 2 stands had impacted this too
There was NO food and drink in the DugOut Area .As 75 year OAP and 65+ years of following Brentford I took the decision to go there and am fortunate I was able to pay for the seat. All,I want is to be treated fairly as per other Bees Season Ticket Holders . So is 67 seats of 900 per game fair

I have just checked my account and nothing available.
I guess that all Derby tickets have been snapped up.
I’ve just booked two for my household, Just received the email literally about 15 mins ago saying I was eligible for a ticket for tomorrow.

DugOut RedZone, from the club in answer to a RedZone Question

We will be able to accommodate for you in the future so please don’t worry about your seat. Whilst we are operating at limited capacity, people are not sat in their exact same seat and any Dugout holders are remaining in the Dugout areas.

Possibly when it is deemed safe to increase capacity the red zone may no longer exist- we don’t know this but what we do know is that we will accommodate you the best we can.

Kind Regards,

Marc Crown

If as said elsewhere 900 DogOut Season Tickets
135 seats per game not 67 67 was at 7.5%

I have my email. Last season my first (for a couple of years). I would be high on the TAPs count.

If you were invited originally you had until yesterday at 4 before they moved onto the next batch.

That makes sense.
It's now restricted and I am not allowed access.
It has popped back up in my account.
Thank you.

I'm not applying for any tickets at the moment myself, but a good gesture from Utilita. I hope that it is open to all Brentford supporters. The Dugout crowd anomaly needs a bit of sorting out though.

Is it possible to enter/exit the stadium area (North Stand specifically) via Capital Interchange Way?

So Houghton you have longevity of two seasons including this season, forgetting your TAP points as they don’t seem to be relevant ?

Yes sir. Original email said I was likely to get in for Reading or Bournemouth.

Thank you.

@hobbsy @Banana I appreciate your efforts on this thread but could the process for dugouters be raised if you have any further communication with the club.
I’ve mailed two or three times now and apart from generic replies, nothing

Just got email for Derby game, but will be offered Reading if not taken up.
2nd year ST holder this year.
As I'm working and it's a 250 mile round trip, I'm not taking up Derby ticket, but hoping that following Tier Review on 16/12/20, 2K fan limit will still be OK for Reading on 19th.....

:) Did it for evening games last season, but as this time round it's one or the other, thought I'd 'chose' Reading.
Just hope that choice isn't taken away from me by Tier/rule changes............

Seems like they are working their way through dug outers. Got a call just now offering invite for the dug out tomorrow night. I’m a 7 year STH.
Can’t make the trip from Cheshire on a midweek night at 24hrs notice but hopefully will get the call for Reading or Muff.

I suspect you will be unlucky. The way things are going I see Tier 3 lurking. Bite the bullet and do the evening game.
