Who is Alpinae and what did he say? Can't find anything of note!!
Alpinae has worked with MB and MW and very occasionally will post informed, insightful nuggets about the way that MB and team work. Out of the blue this morning he posted "If Carlsberg did statements" hinting it may be a positive outcome.

Thank you - now I understand the nature of the cryptic post. I suppose it's something to hang some optimism on then.

Another plum on facebook this morning!

"Mr Benham, this is our football club, not a train set ! I did wonder where your loyalties lay, when you announced a director, who had never been to a football match, then gave him 6 page coverage, in the Reading programe. Perhaps I'm just old fashioned ?"

Nocoat and I saw it at the same time put him straight!
Well done, both of you. :hat:
Did he respond to your responses?

I think in all this debacle people are failing to see a serious problem.

The fact that 'Warbs' has been mentioned in a vast amount of the posts on the GPG in the last few days, has meant being called 'wibs' has lead this poster to suffer an exhausting amount of double takes when reading all the opinions from fellow GPGers.

Some of us are but still getting grief, just hope that Alpinae post earlier suggests there might be a positive outcome- please God.

Just about to board a 3 hour flight, how will I be able to cope this morning without obsessively refreshing twitter and GPG?! I look forward to getting the news on the other side...
